S.L.O.W. I simply needed to print a few pages, and had the document on my flash drive. The self-contained machines do not have that capability. So I waited… There was one customer in front of me and when his document was printed didn’t come out right. She tried again, so didn’t work. She was going to try again, but he was fed up and went elsewhere. The employee was very friendly, but simultaneously was trying to troubleshoot a problem with another customer. Pretty sure that got the previous guy slightly aggravated, as well. One more employee behind the counter would have solved all. But, Jenniene was excellent, anyway.

If you like waiting in line. This is your place. 6 people deep at the copy center and only 1 old lady trying to help. Asked mgr to get her some help and got a blank stare back… 15 mins later, no help. Finally got to the counter and their server was down. 30 mins of my life I won’t get back… Good luck to you if you have to go here.

I try my best to be patient with businesses, since I’m a small business owner and I know the struggle with customer service. But this Office Depot and its management is one of the worst. My company spends thousands of dollars in prints, which is their most profitable department btw, and we are never pleased. My graphic designer is always having problems and I definately hope their corporate office becomes involved in finding a solution to this crappy store. From the moment you walk in, you’re never greeted, and best of luck if you’re trying to find an item. I would give them zero stars across the board, I wish I had other options to my printing needs, I do not like spending my hard earned money in places where they don’t appreciate and treat you well. Its the Walmart of Office Depots.

Horrible experience! William was rude and unprofessional. His co worker had no idea what we was doing and when he asked William for assistance he barely gave any help. Then, instead of coming over and helping me, he continued to help other customers until I asked… then he had the nerve to say«we normally charge a 1.00 a minute…» Just rude!!! Go somewhere else

Very nice and helpful! The only reason I give 4 stars vs 5 is because the printer always seems to be having issues…

Bob was the bomb. He came and assisted me basically right away when I was deciding between laser jet and ink jet printers. I told him what I was thinking of and he directed me to an hp printer that was on sale and he said rivaled the laser jet. I had read this online from a site as well. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy which is a surprise for this area really.

I’m a big fan of this Office Depot. I’ve had several bad experiences at other office supply stores and I’ve never had one here. I am always greeted at the door and asked if I need help finding anything. Then they don’t just point me in the right direction they escort me and give me insight on options. The printing guy also escorted me to the labels even though he was busy, but it was my turn to be loved by Office Depot I guess. He also let me have a free sample of what I was thinking of getting which was awesome! I’ve been back and will be back again. They have what I need and know how I like it. Well done. :)

Thank goodness this Office Depot is here! Dr. Phillips was in desperate need of an office supply store. I know I know, it’s been there for a while… but I am still getting used to it. The prices are alright, and if you sign up for their program-thingie-whatever, they send you coupons in the mail. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They have gone out of their way to help me the last several times I have visited. They even have a print services counter which seems like it’s pretty decent. You can also buy stamps and mail items from their store. They do have a self-service area, though. The downside to the self-serve copiers? You have to buy an Office Depot card and put money on it. I think it’s a minimum of $ 5. Pretty ridiculous when you only need one or two copies. But, if you’re in a rush… you buy it. Forget about the $ 4.80 balance left on the card. And Office Depot gets free money. NOT cool. Besides that, I’m pretty happy with Office Depot, and will return to buy my office supplies.

Let’s face it. When you need office supplies, the closest store is usually the best. This Office Depot is convenient for me so it is my go to location for office supplies. There are usually a couple of very responsive people working here and I do think that the management tries very hard to ensure a good experience. That said, speed and efficiency are not always the hallmarks of my experience here. For example, I ordered holiday cards in mid November(for my business). They should have arrived in the store a week before Thanksgiving but when last I checked, I would not be able to collect them until the Monday after Thanksgiving. Criticism aside, the store is well stocked and there is no reason to avoid it.
