I called Ocartz Friday evening an hour ahead of time for a 8pm pickup. They no showed, or called. I was late for my event because of them. They have a strange dispatch system where you call (321−663−0678) their main number, they don’t pickup, but text you back and ask for your location. They never call and will never show up, but will text you back and confirm they are on their way… but never show. I strongly urge anyone who actually needs to be somewhere not to use these people. They will waste you time. I ended up being late because of them.
