This is such a relaxing, private and comfortable spa lounge! Everything was so clean and I enjoyed the use of aromatherapy and essential oils in both my treatments. I had a mani/pedi by Elisa to start off with and was extremely relaxed afterwards. I’d recommend not shaving prior to any services. I made the mistake of showering and shaving right before my pedi and my skin got a lil irritated due to the scrub which was my fault. The white lion chamomile tea I had during my pedicure is still on my mind and even their citrus infused water was refreshing. Their robes are super soft and the steam room, contrary to other reviews below, was comforting and warm. My masseuse was absolutely amazing & helped me relax and destress as a new mom of an 8 month old. I would highly recommend this spa and their services. Well worth every penny.

I am very impressed with the spa and the quality of products and services. This is one of the few spas here that use organic ingredients and the specialists are extremely knowledgable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Spa. I had a 50 minute Aching Muscle Relief Massage with Miranda. It was very relaxing and I thought her pressure was in the middle — not too deep and not too light. There were some nice add ons offered in the beginning, a sugar scrub for the feet and back, hot stones, or a scalp massage. I did not add on as I was just interested in the massage. Make time to stay a little extra afterward. You are offered a hot neck wrap and it feels great on the muscles! The relaxation room is calm, with music with ocean sounds playing and swimming fish on the tv. There are snacks, hot tea and water available. As well as a steam room and shower.

First time to visit this spa today. I received a 50-minute aromatherapy massage & a 20-minute mini facial. I received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, & was able to use the steam room, 6-head shower room & the lounge area. The massage therapist/aesthetician I had was very friendly. The choices of snacks & teas in the lounge were good. The facilities were clean. All the staff members in this spa were courteous & not snotty like other hotel resorts’ spas in this very touristy part of Orlando. My almost 4-hour stay in this spa was very relaxing.

how would my teenager say this? Mmmh… I called 2 hours before and asked the attendant«is the steam room hot»?(I’ve had hotel spa’s before where the rooms were cold due to low use). Answer: of course. Showed up 30 minutes prior to appt for a chance to ‘unwind’ in the steam … and it was colder than the lobby. They didn’t seem to get it that it took longer than a light bulb to get up to speed… Therapist(massage) was average+ … nothing to complain about, but not one to rave over. She did a good job getting some tight muscles relaxed and I appreciated that; totally worth the tip, but not one to rave over. Bonus: between 4 and? they have a ‘happy hour special’ which knocks something like 35% off the price — with THAT added in, it was worth it!

A-OK. I was at the Marriott for a conference and had some time to kill before things got going, so I decided to treat myself to a manicure. My manicure was $ 40 plus $ 20 for the shellac service, so this was definitely a treat and not something I would normally spring for. The good: –Amazing, shiny, well-done, delightful shellac manicure that is still going strong a week later. –Chatty staff that are more than happy to offer ideas and suggestions for things to do in the area. –Calm, clean, and soothing atmosphere. –When I asked about the spa at the front desk, they handed me a coupon for 20% off. The not so good: –There was a hard push at the end of the manicure to buy a $ 35 cuticle cream that I «needed» since I got the shellac manicure. While it was my first shellac mani, I know enough people who have had them to know that no such product is necessary. I even asked, «Do I really need this product or can I just use lotion?» and was told YES, I need it. I declined to buy any. –When I was checking out, the woman who rang me up went over the totals and then said, «…and a 20% gratuity would be $XX, is that okay with you?» while the nail technician was standing RIGHTTHERE watching the transaction. A) I dislike suggested gratuities, and B) I dislike them even more when the person receiving them is there to watch. I much prefer other salons’ method of having the person providing the service walk you to the front, thank you, wish you a nice day, and say good-bye, so you can consider your gratuity in private.

Walked into the spa at the Renaissance SeaWorld Resort tired, sore, and cranky — walked out soothed, refreshed, and happy. After spending 7 days on my feet working at a conference, I had the ACHINGFEETRELIEF treatment — what heaven. My feet and legs were definitely revitalized after this treatment. NOTE: Don’t shave your legs before you go — the exfoliation stings a bit if you do. Then had a 25 minute Signature Custom Massage by Ken — his hands were magic at getting the kinks out of my neck and shoulders, but the sheets are truly the softest I have ever felt. I would go back repeatedly if it wasn’t on the other side of the country from me here in SF!
