My Neighborhood Storage Center – Oak Ridge

I felt compelled to write a review on how excellent this business is! We needed storage as we were moving my mom and oldest son from Port St. Lucie, and in between they stayed with us in our small three bedroom apartment, so we had need for storage. I’m glad I breezed past Public Storage and chose MNSC!
Elliot, the assistant manager, was the first to help me out, while I rented the unit. He was very helpful and personable, and even recommended a mover for when we would be moving into our newly purchased home.
When it was time to vacate the unit, I had an issue because my son left an organ that he was supposed to move. The manager John handled the issue kindly and professionally. His service went above and beyond! It’s refreshing to see people who still know what great customer service is! If you have any storage needs, I would highly recommend this business for its cleanliness, easy access, security, and the management team is the best in the business! Five star service!

I love that my stuff is in climate control, safe place. It is good to know that someone stays on sight. I will tell my friends.
