Moe’s Southwest Grill

I used to come to this location a lot and loved it! However, after today I likely won’t be back. My chicken bowl has at least an inch of liquid in the bottom. The chicken and beans seem like they weren’t seasoned at all. The staff wasn’t spectacular but since they weren’t outright rude and the place seemed clean, I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1.

This restaurant has a machine at the entrance so you can sign up for the Moe’s app but they do not honor the app! (I already had it) Why advertise if you’re not going to honor what you’re advertising?! The employee taking my order mumbled and faced away from me while he was talking. This made ordering quite difficult. This store doesn’t offer a military discount. No big deal but it would’ve nice as all of the other Moe’s we’ve been to do offer some sort of small discount. There is NO HOT WATER in the restrooms! YUCK! The store was a little messy but it was busy at the time so the employees probably didn’t have time to clean up yet. The only pleasant experience at this store was the cashier who was apologetic that they didn’t honor their own company app.
We won’t return to this particular store again! Thankfully we’ve had good experiences at other Moe’s around the country. If this had been our 1^st experience we would never return to any Moe’s.

I’ve been coming here for years as a go to lunch spot before I go to the mall. The food is good and the staff is mostly friendly. Today, the whole place just felt like it needed a good cleaning and the staff felt like they didn’t want to be there. Management needs to reevaluate the staff and the cleanliness ASAP!

Love this place. The food is always fast and consistently portioned the same. My only hang up is that they refused a coupon because it was not printed out. So much for a happy birthday meal. I will still be back next time with a printed out coupon.

The staff here is ridiculous. One person workie while 5 sit around? Not good. My food was extremely cold, there was no ice in the machine. Probably not returning.

This Moes needs better staff. We visit here when we are in Orlando and every time it’s slow service and we aren’t greeted with a «Welcome to Moes.» Food is usually good which is why we stop in. The best employee in this place is the bus boy… friendliest bus boy I’ve ever met (he wasn’t working this night). His customer service skills are superb. Promote the bus boy and let him run the place. It seems like Orlando chain restaurants in general don’t have the service you’d get in other cities.

I gave them two stars because the employees were nice and friendly. There food however is so plain tasting. I prefer nasty Taco Bell to this place. I was hoping this place was tasty like Chipotle but, was very disappointed. Bummer!

We just came in and got our food we could not find a table because they all were dirty!!! There were 4 employees standing behind the counter not doing anything. This is disgusting!!! This is not a good location!!! Beware go somewhere else

Came here on a random weekday afternoon, and the place was empty. The employees were friendly, and food was made quickly. Obviously it had been sitting around for a while but that’s to be expected from a quick service place like this.
I ordered the nachos and the guy was a bit cheap on the toppings, which I have never experienced before at Moe’s. Too many dry chips were had, sadly.
The restaurant was clean. Food overpriced. Probably will try Tiajuana Flats across the street next time.

This Moe’s needs some help. More staff, and more attendance to their refilling needs out by their soda machine.
It looked as though there were only two people working behind the counter. The girl who made my burrito mumbled «Welcome to Moe’s» sarcastically to customers coming in the door.
The soda machine did not have ice in it, but there was a container of ice with a scoop next to it, with half melted ice. It was a mess by the napkins, utensils area.
I did not enjoy my visit here.

Moe’s will probably always be compared to another very similar counter service restaurant. I am a fan of both chains, but I really like Moe’s because they have way more choices than their competition. Moe’s is an unqiue place from the moment you walk into the door and are greeted with a loud «Welcome to Moe’s.» All their dishes have different and kinda funny names. You will find tacos, burritos, salads, nachos, and many more tasty looking dishes. They also have several protein choices, including tofu!
I decided to go with their taco salad. They have many different toppings to pick from. I ended up going with black beans, rice, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, grilled onions, and a spicy ranch dressing. What is awesome is that each meal comes with free chips and salsa. My salad, chips and salsa, and soda was about $ 10. They have a nice salsa bar with different types of salsas. They also have the fancy coke machines. Sadly there is a Moe’s close to me or work, but if there were, I could see this place becoming a normal stop for me.

Welcome to Moe’s! Its what you hear every time someone walks into the place. Moe’s is right near where I work and its a good way to get out on a friday when you want something else besides what you brought for lunch.
Our team tries to go out to lunch each friday and Moe’s has become a place we go to at least once a month. We try to get there a few min before noon so we avoid the lunch rush. I like the burrito bowls… rice, meat, beans and lots of good toppings. They always offer chips to go along but I don’t normally get them… too many calories for me! They offer one of those coke machines that give you tons of flavor options but I don’t like they taste of what comes out of those machines… I just get a water or tea.
I will say that the staff needs to smile a bit more. I know it can be just a «job» to them but its nice if they could show some enjoyment in what they are doing.
Not sure I like it better than Chipolte… I just think it just have a different taste so both are good in their own way. Enjoy!
