Negligent, irresponsible, and liable-​which resulted in 8 hours of utter doom and terror. Before approx 40 customers which included a young boy about 9 years old, first mate «Billy-​Bob» subtlety indicated that the waves were going to be a «little rough». An hour into the tour, waves were over 25 feet high and the 85 foot vessel was banging the ocean ceiling, and swaying violently. It was literally like something out of a horror movie. Halfway through, more than half of the customers were seeking shelter inside the kitchen huddled in a fetal position with their heads down from sea sickness. I was in the corner with a few others violently sea sick (I’ll spare you the disgusting details) and remained in complete disarray for hours. I couldn’t move without getting sick. My kidneys hurt so much from holding my bladder for too long. It was so bad that I was secretly praying for a heart attack because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. In the end, I didn’t fish. They provided us with a voucher for half off the next time we decide to put our lives at risk! I am also requesting $ 10 back for «additional charges» which was not included on the voucher that they collected before the tour.

Shark Fishing or Deep-​Sea Fishing Trips

Me and my boyfriend had a great time even though we didn’t catch anything. Others did and they bring the catches around to show you. We were fed — hamburgers & chips or chicken sandwiches with 2 free draft beers. Set out on time and ran a little over coming in. All well worth the experience. You can find great deals for them on Groupon and Living Social. I definitely recommend shark fishing with this company!

I bought one of those Half Off Deals for my dad for Father’s Day. My poor father has the misfortune of being surround by women like all the time. He lives with my mom, little sister, and a female golden retriever. I mean, even the DOG is a girl! So I thought dear old dad would like to get out and go fishing for Father’s Day this year instead of the usual dinner at Outback or whatever… and I was right!
We had the best evening ever! The staff at Miss Cape Canaveral were the nicest most accommodating staff ever. We went on the evening Shark Fishing Trip and had an absolute blast. Admittingly, not a one of us caught a shark, or a fish, but who cares?! The staff were very helpful if you needed help baiting your hook they were right there, which I usually do require such services because baiting a hook is gross but I «manned-​up» for dad since this was his special day. The staff also helped if you crossed lines, which happened occasionally since the boat was booked full. They even walked around and let you touch and take picture with other sharks and catches of our fellow fisherman. You also get free beer and tasty fresh-​grilled burgers and snacks too! Seriously?!
