I am very disappointed in Mercury Plumbing. I have used them for 7 years. I recently did an addition, and they gave me a quote for work which was to occur in phases. The payment was front loaded, so I paid them after phase 1, and when phase 2 came around, they refused to honor their quoted price, and wanted more money. I would never have agreed to pay them such a high price for the first phase of the work, except for the fact their phase 2 price was much lower. In any event, lesson learned, and I won’t be doing business with them again.

This is my second experience with Mercury Plumbing, both times were exceptional. In March Chuck was able to fix a leak under my house at a price that made me cry with relief, as I previously had terrible experiences with two other well known plumbing names in town that had excessive price tags… for a clogged sink and leaky faucet, they were hundreds more than Mercury. Today Shane came over to fix a leak in an American Standard tub faucet that is over 50 years old, a job that I was told could not be done. He did it and saved the vintage original hardware to my amazement. Mercury Plumbing is honest, reliable and timely. I am so grateful for them! Thank you so so much Chuck, Shane, and Melinda!
