I was so excited to find Dr. Meares because his office is less than 10 mins from my office, which means I can go on my lunch hour or after work. My first visit was good, they did run 20 mins behind, but as soon as I asked about how much longer it would be I was taken back. I liked Dr. Meares and scheduled a follow-​up for a couple weeks later. Fast forward to Monday of this week and my follow-​up appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes. After that I inquired how much longer it would be and was told there were 2 people in front of me and it was taking longer because of physicals. I told the girl behind the glass I had to leave to go back to work and couldnt wait any longer. Two days later I recieved a missed appointment notice in the mail asking me to pay $ 50 for a missed appointment. HOW RUDE! I was there, on time and wasted 25 minutes of my time and didn’t even get to see the Doctor. This morning I called and told Maria who was not very friendly the issue and she said I would have to speak with the Office Manager, who was not in. I left a message with my phone number and no response. I called back to try to catch her to resolve this issue and was told she was on the phone and I could not wait on hold to speak with her. If you expect me to be on time, you should be on time as well. I will not be returning.
