3 Stars for very friendly, fast service that unfortunately left some junk behind…
We had Junk Removal Now out to clear a few areas after a renovation. They were really personable and had great customer service on the phone before and in person during the removal.
Why 3 stars? Well, when we looked closer it turns out they left quite a bit of the wood in the back that we needed removed. There was a large pile behind the garage and though they took the majority of it, they left enough that is really quite annoying. Additionally, they must have broken a few of the windows they were removing because we were left with quite a bit of broken glass on our driveway. This was pretty disappointing.
Overall, it was fast and pleasant but I think I’d try a different company out next time.
