Brought my chainsaw here to get repaired. Had some issues with my chain. I got call with an estimate two days later on the phone and was shocked it was $ 240. I mentioned that was more than half the price of the saw when I bought it and if they could cut their parts prices because they seemed high. They called back later that day and said after looking at the saw again that they think you really don’t need to replace your chainsaw bar as we thought before. That now brought the price down to $ 150 so I said please go ahead with repair it. I picked it up a few days later and used it that weekend. I got a call from them on the following Monday and they mentioned that they may have forgotten to put a washer back onto the spur sprocket and to please bring it back to check it out. Lets just say I was very surprised at this and wondering way things like this aren’t checked the first time it leaves their shop from a repair. Now I’m afraid to use my own chainsaw and need to drive 25 miles to see if the washer made it back onto the spur sprocket. I brought it back in a few days later. It took the tech about 10 minutes to check it out in the back. The front counter person brought back and said everything is fine and the washer is on it. My big question was did they just put the washer on it now. Overall, the basic repair was over priced and I had to bring it back to double check the repair tech that he put all the parts back onto the saw during the repair.

Service hourly rate is $ 79.99. I had many parts replaced involving both engine and the mower components in the pursuit of «bringing it back up to snuff !» $ 285.00 was the bill. The wrong cable parts were ordered first time which added another week turn around as my grass is now getting 10″ tall. They did not use expedited shipping on correct parts so no consideration for my «growing» situation. They were told upfront I needed this back in one week. The wheel grease fittings were not touched. I guess they never bothered to test the newly installed cables cause when I got it home there was no self-propelled function. So I had to take it back so they could finish what they started. Zero consideration given to me for the wasted Sat morning, extra 30 mile round trip and tolls paid.

Don’t buy Here you won get a warranty. Must pay just to get item look to determine if warranty issue otherwise you are out $ 42.00 just for looking

Being a guy that likes to do my own lawn, I was immediately impressed by the amount of equipment they have around this place. Walls are covered with trimmers, edgers, mowers and tons of other stuff. Made me want to try all of the fun toys, which would be a neat idea if you could. Went there for an edger repair and was told that it would take 7 – 10 days for an estimate, which seems nuts but I am on day 8 and still waiting. The staff at the register was nice and informative, but immediately seemed like he was trying to sell me on their equipment. The prices they have are often higher, significantly higher in some cases, than other local stores. Unless they can fix my edger, I will plan on taking my business to a more affordable location.

It’s been 2 months now since my «install date». They abandoned the site after cutting half the sod… then never returned my calls, but promising«next week» by email multiple times — failing to show up or let me know when to really expect them to come. I’ve had to spend another $ 325 now for someone else to fix their abandoned site. Silly me to expect follow-through after selling me with your«doing business with a handshake» speech.

Overall: great service & very helpful. I really like taking care of my own yard but like having the best Stihl products. They treat me very well even though I’m not a ‘professional’. My weedeater was acting funny and they examined it and made adjustments to make it run right for free. Really makes you feel like they respect and value their customers no matter if their little guys like me or major landscaping contractors. This is why I am extremely loyal to them and keep going back.
