You can always count on Jimmy John’s! Whether you walk down and eat in, or order for delivery, your order will be correct and fresh. It’s really amazing when you think about how busy they get at lunch time. I often place big orders online for my office, and it always arrives within 10 – 15 minutes. I’ve found that everyone that works there is always very helpful.
It’s definitely more of a grab-​and-​go place, but If you choose to dine-​in, there are tables and booths in the dining area, as well as metal tables on a patio outside.
Prices aren’t expensive if you appreciate a quality sandwich. They’re very reasonable. A lot of the sandwiches are also very large, so you get what you pay for.
Safe bet for a healthy lunch!

What can be said about Jimmy John’s? It’s a chain sandwich shop and they’re pretty much all the same. Jimmy John’s maintains some pretty strict standards for the appearance of their stores, so as long as a location meets them, all is good in the world to enjoy their habit forming bread. One of my favorite things about Jimmy John’s, especially this location in the heart of Downtown, is their willingness to deliver for only a single sandwich… which I try to avoid, just because I can appreciate their delivery team wanting to do larger, more profitable (read that more tips) orders. BUT, in the occasion that I have several people who want to order,
is perhaps the best website I have ever seen for group orders, which lets multiple people self-​order their personalized sandwich while allowing the organizer to either pay for the entire order (with a per person $ limit feature) or let everyone pay Dutch. Its super easy.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a food chain. Employees were hostile, extremely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. One in particularly named Joshua Jordan. I hope that by now due to the incident that took place on 9÷27÷2015 at this location, that he has been fired due to him assaulting a customer. CEO of jimmy johns should be ashamed to hire such delinquents to work for their company and therefore they have lost my respect and business and that of my friends and family.

I live off of orange avenue and colonial but somehow they don’t deliver… Right down the street. It’s not wonder why they are super fast, they only travel walking distance. The sandwiches are made terribly and the customer service is also awful.

Funny how if you go in after 2am the employees assume you’re drunk. Sandwich was great as always. Could have used a more courteous staff but you get what you get.

They’re usually so amazing and they’ve definitely saved my life a few times BUT they forgot my pickle and also gave me the worst sandwich ever instead of my most delicious Hunter’s Club. For that, they only get 4 stars. Keep up the good work Jimmy John’s! But please don’t ever forget my pickle again, I just don’t think I couldn’t handle it.

Had the Vito w/​o tomatoes and the boyfriend had the Totally Tuna. We agreed, this will be our spot for subs. Love it!

Get the Vito and ask for peppers. Just don’t ask for them all; I’d like there to be some left over for me. Also, get the TRIPLE chocolate chip cookie. You won’t be disappointed.

This downtown Orlando location is super fast and accurate with their delivery service. Sometimes I get delivery but mostly I will dine in.
For dining in there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside seating is a bit crowded at peak (lunch) time and the delivery staff are hopping on and off their bikes to frantically deliver their orders. It’s hectic and fast, but not chaotic. I pretty much stick with the Vito Italian sub, it’s my go to on the menu. The bread is really fresh with a great flavor and texture. Add hot peppers and extras like cucumber for free too!
One caveat about the dining area. I usually sit by the side with the soda fountains. The other side has the restroom which is pretty much right next to some booths and the door opens into the dining area. It pretty unappetizing to smell the bathroom while eating. It’s an older building area, so I’m sure they did the best they could with logistics. Don’t let this deter you from stopping in, just sit across the way or outside.

I felt inclined to write this review based on the seriously QUICK delivery service this location provides. My coworkers order from them regularly with no issues. I have used them to order lunches for clients and I have to say that they are the most accurate and dependable delivery service for food Downtown! And they travel by bikes!
Today’s delivery was literally lightning speed. I read the confirmation email of the order for the attorney, blinked 1x and, ABRACADABRA, the Jimmy John’s guy appeared! I’m not even kidding… it was THAT fast!
They usually have change if paying with cash but do take credit cards on their website. Please, PLEASE make sure to tip these guys! They do a great job of hustling and bustling to get your meals to you!

Really fast service! We went to a movie nearby at the Plaza and went looking for a reasonably priced bite afterwards. I ordered the number 17 which had ham and bacon and all the veggies. Really good sandwich very nicely sized. With chips and a drink it was around $ 8, so not bad at all in downtown Orlando where cheap eats are hard to find. The staff was very friendly too. That’s always a good thing.

Def fast and now has wifi. Best of both worlds.

I love Jimmy John’s! I’ve been to this one a few times and the last time was nothing short of mediocre.
I ordered a typical sub. If subs were like people then I would have been delighted… but sadly that wasn’t the case. With subs it not only the inside that counts.
My bread so obviously was old and unfresh. That wasn’t even the biggest problem; it was when I brought the issue to the worker’s attention. She denied my claim and was quick to become defensive in insisting that the bread was cooked within the hour. She said she could do nothing. There should always be something an employee can do to satisfy a customer.
All I wanted was fresh bread…

I’ve heard about this chain for years from friends from the east coast. So, perhaps my expectations were inflated. They are good. The decorations are «Southern», depending on what you are used they are inconspicuous or in your face. The sandwiches are good. The bread is soft, moist and the fillings are moist. The staff at this place is very friendly for being 2am… which is awesome. If you get a chance, to get get a sandwich after 2am, I can’t thin of many other places to go.

From the guys on bikes delivering at Superman speeds to the sandwich ninjas leaving notes on wrappers (see pic), this is probably the most awesome place for a sandwich in downtown Orlando as you can get.
Protip: the Unwich is a salad on the go. Never be too busy to eat healthy.

Like real fast. Seriously, I was in and out in under 5 min.
It’s somewhat crazy when you walk in, like it’s a race to them. I had no idea what I wanted so when I approached the register I had to step away to look at the menu on the wall.
I went with the #9 ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB — no mayo or capicola. (the real hoagie way) Genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, and provolone cheese all topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and homemade Italian vinaigrette.
You don’t really see them make it so I was just hoping they didn’t add mayo and luckily they didn’t. It tasted pretty good, the bread it okay. Not my fav but kinda in between. It was crispy but not damaging (to the roof of your mouth like Publix bread) and soft on the inside. They didn’t skimp on the meat either which is a huge plus.
This location delivers DT and you can call ahead to pick up or have them cater for you. Overall, good, quick, DT lunch.

The commercials are right, delivery is super fast. I ordered my sub and it was being delivered 10 minutes later. This was my second time trying this Jimmy John’s (the first being an early dinner downtown) and I have to say I am just not impressed. I don’t get why everybody is enamored with their sandwiches. I ordered something different both times I have ordered from them too. I have to say I have had better sandwiches so it’s a solid 3 star for me.
The Good: meat tastes good, decent selection of fresh toppings, orders are always done right and staff is friendly.
The Bad: their french bread is meh; it’s super chewy and just doesn’t seem that fresh even though I am pretty sure it is.
I will probably give them at least one more try because they are close to my office, I can order online without having to talk to anybody, and they deliver for free and it’s definitely fast. Next time I think I will order the wheat bread to see if that makes a difference.

I actually really like their subs. The bread it really tasty.
Here’s the thing though, it’s usually really busy and don’t ever feel like have proper time to really order. It’s hard to read the menu in line. I don’t really understand their topping protocol. I just end up with the turkey tom. It is good. I just feel like I could do better.
I need to try again. Perhaps with a Jimmy John’s aficionado at my side.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat late night downtown. They service is always fast and friendly. On the weekends they have the place well staffed so there is never a long wait like other places in the area. Also it is nice that they have inside and outside seating.
My favorite thing to get is the California club. I would suggest if your not a fan of mayo, you probably want to just not get any, since i don’t think the sandwich builder understands when i ask for light mayo. If you want to share your sandwich i do suggest you ask to get it cut in half. I always forget and have to go back up to the counter. It boggles me why they just don’t cut it in half in the first place… but i guess that will just have to remain a mystery…
