I have not physically been to this location, so my experiences are limited to delivery. It’s your typical sandwiches(think Subway) in a deli setting with a delivery option. I ordered online, and not even fifteen minutes later, I got my delivery.(Freaky fast!) With this location, it’s a bit hit or miss. I find that if I call and order, it’s more likely that they’ll mess up the order. There’ll be more of a wait if you wait until noon when everyone else is ordering. The one thing that bugs me is for three orders, we’ll get three napkins. Nothing more. Have you tried to eat an Unwich(lettuce wrap)? It’s not the easiest thing. So make sure you BYON — bring your own napkins. They did add a mint in the bag, so that’s a nice change. All in all, Jimmy John’s is quick and efficient if you’re stuck at the office.

I place an order for a sandwich, bag of chips and a pickle. When the order arrives I realize that they had forgotten the chips. When I called back the young lady working the phone was very hostile and insisted even though I had to confirm the order with her that they delivered. The chips they had originally forgotten I HADTO be charged for! Now, I can understand if I forgot to mention that I wanted chips but I would like to reassure you that I did not. I promptly stated that I wanted chips as soon as I got done with my sandwich order. She even confirmed what type of chips I wanted, which were salt and vinegar Jimmy Johns brand. When my food arrived I was quickly aware of the fact that the chips were not included in the order! Not because I forgot, not because of something I might’ve said, not because I have some weird speech impediment that can’t muster up the words salt and vinegar chips. But because the person taking my order forgot! Not only did they forget even though I told them twice, they punish me for it and charge me for the chips and behaved extremely recklessly and inappropriately and unprofessionally on the phone with me! What is this world coming to! I wish people really knew what hospitality meant!

This location will not deliver to my house 2.4 miles away. They were rude about it on the phone. Jersey Mikes doesn’t deliver but is much better.

Rude employees and they are slow when they are supposed to be ‘speedy’. I love Jimmy John’s but I HATE this location.

I went in to do a take out order. The guy taking the order was not friendly but not rude either. They made the subs and then the guy delivering it pretty much just held out our subs expecting us to know it was ours. Didn’t say a word to us and continued on his conversation with his coworker. Their motto is «freaky fast.» The sub made wasn’t freaky fast, it was more of him taking his time while chatting to coworkers. The sub was good once I ate it. Meeh. I’ve been to friendlier and faster Jimmy Johns. But then again, who really goes to a Jimmy Johns for service?

I noticed their delivery cars driving a lot through my ‘hood so I thought I should check them out. Very Tasty Sandwich, good price and free delivery. Delivery was pretty quick too. I ordered online and my food came in 23 minutes. I’ve only had one sandwich on the whole grain bread but it was delicious and fresh. I would order from them again when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to make my own sandwich.

I’ve ordered from them a half-dozen times in the past few months and it always comes very quick, made-to-order and by very polite drivers. This is my new favorite sandwich place!

Pros: Delivery is fast. Food is good. People who work there are pleasant. Even thought their service frustrates the living… grr… out of me, I look past that and order anyway b/c the good outweighs the bad. Cons: I am not exaggerating at all, out of 20 plus orders, they have been correct 3 times. Ever. This is at work, at home, there in person. It is insane. So, my plan now is to order and keep my expectations low and let them come back with the right stuff if needed.

If I didn’t see them making food, I would love Jimmy John’s. When I see how they make sandwiches, I just don’t think they are using good food handling techniques. I’ve seen it before, at other stores. I’ve stayed away for a while, then give them another try. On a recent visit, as we were ordering, I watched as the sandwich maker made the order ahead of ours. First of all, the order was a lettuce wrap, the no-bread version of a sandwich, in this case with salami and other cold cuts. First of all(and this is a pet peeve on mine) the lettuce was directly on their food prep counter rather than on a paper wrapper. It wasn’t just placed there. The sandwich maker would slide it along, then add condiments., then slide it further down the counter. That seems bad enough with bread, but seems even worse with lettuce… Maybe it’s just me. Anyway, the second thing was the mayo. They apply it with a spatula. In this case, the mayo was applied directly to the salami. Then the spatula and excess mayo was put back into the mayo tub. I don’t see how this doesn’t contaminate the mayo. In calls to their customer service center on another occasion, I got the impression that this is the way things are done there and that yes, it is me. So, I bid adieu to Jimmy John’s

Love Jimmy John’s. Sooo much better than the other sub chains. So much fresher and tastier. Thank you Jimmy’s.

Well that was disappointing. Jimmy Johns no longer carries sprouts, which totally ruins the Beach Club sandwich. And there was so little guacamole on it that it took until half way through the sandwich to taste any. When I asked the girl working about it she was a tad snotty. It still gets three stars, because the bread was still delicious. But I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

I really love sandwiches & I have to say Jimmy John’s is becoming my favorite. First of all, their bread is amazing. It’s cooked to perfection every time. Second of all, they are fast. Like ninja fast. I don’t even know how they do it. I always go for the Turkey Tom — sliced turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and mayo… you can’t go wrong, my friend. Great. Now I’m hungry. Let’s go get a Turkey Tom.

Pretty much a staple for me. They are open until 2am, and they always hit the spot! I recommend the beach club. Slightly addicting, you’ve been warned.

Tried the #5 vito and also had #12 beach club. Really wasn’t impressed with the taste or texture of the sandwich. Tasted bland, I kept wishing I had gone to Publix. The service wasn’t great, the only I could imagine eating here again is for delivery, but I doubt it. The food wasn’t worth the price.

This location just opened this week! I ordered my first sandwich from them today, which was the Beach Club on seven grain with extra avocado! When the ads on tv say they are fast, they arent kidding! My office is about five minutes away and my sandwich was here about ten minutes after I ordered! Say goodbye to pizzahut, chinese delivery, and doorstep delivery cuz Jimmy John’s is healthy, delish, and FAST! I reccommend the beach club! It has turkey avocoado, tomato, cucumber, provolone, and sprouts! Its refreshing and delish!
