This Review is For Nhu. I was so happy to find her professionalism. Customer service and attention to detail! She was also very quick and you could tell that she has been doing this for a long time. I have no doubt that anyone who has Nhu do a service will love Nhu! And The Pedi felt so good didn’t want to get out of the chair. Will Be Back again and again and I hear they are opening a bigger shop in the same parking lots

I moved to the area recently and needed a new place – I found it! I was greeted by a beautiful hostess who offered me a beverage (free of charge) in her beautiful tranquil spa setting. I was helped by HA and had a pedicure professionally done. Place is clean, professional and relaxing.

If I could give no stars I would. My daughter and I went to get our nails done. It was terrible. All we went to have is a fill and pedi and I went for a pedi and remove my gell nails and do a mani. They must delute their solutions because after 30 min with aluminum foil in my nails they wanted to do it again for 30 min. 1 hour to remove my gels unheard of. My daughter wanted fills and they gave her to someone who did not know how to do fills and after they removed her polish said she told them a mani and will have to wait for someone to get free for her fill. We were the only ones in the place but started filling up. The one woman who met us when we walked in was to busy texting on her phone she did not listen. I walked out with a pedi and nails not done after of the gel still on. It was terrible

Jade Nails is one of those places that embraces you with it’s warm ambience. To my surprise after the second visit, Tammy, the owner greeted me by my name! To me that adds a more personal touch adding to the friendly experience.
Jade Nails is a clean place with serene music which helps in the relaxation mode. Yes the English is very limited, yet the owner is there and helps translate if needed!

I was in Orlando on vacation and went here to get a manicure. The chemical smell was so strong when I walked in the door, I hated to breathe. Never have I been to a salon where the odor was so strong. Must have poor ventilation. There was not a wait as it wasn’t all that busy, but they seemed to be in such a hurry. The manicurist told me it would be extra to trim the cuticles. What? This is part of a manicure wherever else I have been! So basically, it’s a little filing of the nail and a quick buff and a polis and that’s it? The cuticle scissors were not sterilized… she took them out of her «tackle box» and put them right back in when she was done. The nail painting was acceptable. She hovered over me and my wallet when I was getting her money out. Never experienced anything like this before. Guess it makes me appreciate other salons I’ve been to. Never know what you’ll get.

Jade is affordable and generally an OK experience. Expect communication issues because most of the girls do not speak english and they call their wine «champagne». Yuck! Making an appointment doesn’t always work — they are a busy salon so sometimes can’t afford to stick to the appointments. If you’re in a hurry — not a good place to go. BUT they give amazing massages and eyebrow shaping. Overall the cost benefit outweighs the issues you might encounter so I can’t complain.

Just like the stars say: Meh. I’ve experienced better. Went here for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The nail tech cut off all of my cuticles, and by the time the polish was applied, that too was in my cuticles. I did nails for 13 years and when I walked in here the acrylic odor hit me like a wall. It was dark and dingy in here, and the instruments and pedicure bath were not sterilized between uses. I’m not sure what the rules are in FL, but it was definitely not clean. I paid $ 70 for a mani/​pedi and ended up getting my nails repolished elsewhere.

After two days of theme parks and shopping my aching tootsies needed some relief. I found Jade nails on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. 30 bucks was probably the best I’ve ever had for a pedicure. And the neck massage or massage and hand massage were an added bonus. I highly recommend these folks.

I’m not from this area and I was just searching for one of those strip mall nail places for a quick pedi. This place was awesome! They have many choices and prices for pedicures. I chose a $ 35 one, that included a leg massage, a hand massage, and a neck massage. It was fabulous. Well worth the money.
