IPP is just a very small field nestled among a couple of blocks of very nice homes. I have the wonderful good fortune to live across the street from this park, therefore, I come here just about everyday to walk my dog. On certain days I also come here to do some running drills or even some soccer drills as well. It is quiet, peaceful and chill. I can totally see myself, if and when I can make sometime for it, reading a good book while enjoying a perfect Sunday afternoon on one of the benches. Double bonus, there is a doggie bag dispenser so there is excuse to pick up after you pet.

So cute! This is my new secret getaway. If you start stalking me here, just make sure you bring some champagne or something. 4.5 acre strip of nice greenery in College Park, smack in the middle of some gorgeous homes. I bike over here and sometimes read or just take in the gorgeous day. It’s right down the street from the Ivanhoe lakes so it’s really a gorgeous area to hang around at. I also take the pups by here for walks but don’t let them run around since it’s all open. I do like that it’s on a quiet road though. Overall, nice little secret place to relax.

Ivanhoe Plaza Park is a strip of green space tucked away in College Park. Bordered by Shady Lane Drive to the north and Ivanhoe Plaza to the south, it’s a pretty spot and a good place to relax and read a book. There isn’t anything here for kids other than a big space to run around, however it’s worth a stop when you’re looking to spend a few peaceful moments by yourself.
