My fiancé and I purchased our setting through the Sand Lake location ALL because of Peggy! My fiancé and I initially went to the Millennia Shoppes location because it was closer to our house. However, our orignial salesperson’s lack of determination and want for the sale lead us to Peggy! It was all worth it! Peggy went well above and beyond her call to find and sell us the ring that I had decided upon. I truly feel the first girl wanted me to settle for something that was in their store. Even when I presented her the information on how to find my ring, we walked out of her store and Peggy made the sale that very same day. GREAT JOB PEGGY! We recently shopped around for an diamond engagement ring (an upgrade) and it was our first visit to an IDC location, we live in the Dr Phillips area so it was close by. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly staff who offered us waters and big smiles. We also had our 2 little ones with us (1 year old /​5 years old). As we were looking at rings/​diamonds our little ones were getting restless. One of the staff members came over and starting playing with our little ones successfully distracting them distracting us from our experience. We worked with with Adelina and also the manager who were both incredibly professional. We spent about 1.5 hours looking around for the perfect diamond and finally found it. I would HIGHLY recommend this store (location) for someone searching for the perfect diamond ring. They have a incredible selection and i was impressed, usually i’m not impressed very easily but we walked away very happy customers. We have been contacted by the location 2 times (nice card in the mail and phone call) since our purchase to make sure we were happy with everything and that speaks wonders about a business. We will recommend to our friends.

I had great experience at IDC at the park ave location but the lady that was sales person is longer there so I wanted to try out this location. I had to replace my engagement ring so I decided to give this place a chance. Cristina was my sales lady. She was nice and offer me the cc option. I did get approve so I chose tacori setting. I also brought in my diamond to place as my center diamond for the ring. When I did get approve for the cc, I felt all the they care was that process being done. The manager was hovering the whole thing and I only felt that Cristina should be the only one should handle that part not his. He had this bad attitude and 0 costumer service attitude, I know you are the manger but have some manners. I’m spending 7k for a setting so I’m not low balling or anything. At the park ave location they made sure that the center diamond I was buying will be what I will receive when I pick it up. Here Cristina just cared my cc being approve and rush me to pay for it and leave. I had to call and beg for her to size my Diamond so that it protects me and the company. I don’t want any accident about my diamond being switch. When I came there the jeweler took out the diamond from my previous ring without me there (we discussed that I would be there when he removes it) and Cristina sized it but didn’t even put a cloth under the diamond and scraped it across the table. I was shocked. I’m really disappointed with this place. I am picking it up this Friday and I don’t even feel like I want to. Uneasy about this place. Please don’t go to this place! They need clean house especially that Manger, who doesn’t even greet or smiles at you.
