I have been to about 10 classes at Inner Essence Yoga and a workshop. I love the teachers and the studio. There is a variety of different level classes and I don’t feel judged if I am not a yoga expert. The instructors are wonderful. The studio/​equipment are clean and decorated nicely. The prices are reasonable. I am very happy to have found this place.

Received a voucher for a free month of yoga from Imagine/​Inner Essence through my employer’s wellness program (photo added). The voucher had no expiration listed. I had three disc herniations when the voucher was issued so unfortunately couldn’t use it right away. Well, now that I need to improve mobility and would like to redeem it, I was told I couldn’t. Won’t even be trying this studio.

I’ve only been to a few classes (Yin and Stress Relief) with Maggie, and I have absolutely adored each moment at Inner Essence. It is relaxing, inviting, and nonjudgmental. I love Maggie’s teaching style as it is gentle and helpful. I feel a lot stronger and flexible already. Thank you for the downtime :-)
