Purchased a voucher off living social for my lady who is somewhat new to the area to test out the place to see if she would become a regular. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. Noone ever answers. We finally scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. She shows up today, the woman tells her she won’t accept the voucher and if she wants a massage to pay in cash. Total scam artist /bait and switch. I will be alerting everyone to this practice and how shady it is. BBB as well since this seemed like a bait and switch routine. Thanks for wasting her time as she took off work for this as well. You lost what could have been a long time weekly customer and instead will have someone telling everyone they know to avoid this place at all costs. Avoid.

Rose was very kind to myself and the person I brought for a massage. I loved that she had a great coupon and was able to meet us right away for a last minute booking. I did have issues with the quality of the massage — Rose definitely took the time to listen to both my friend and I, but we both felt as though she pressured us with sales tactics at the end of the service, and there were a few moments during my treatment where I was actually exposed for certain stretches, and I felt very embarrassed. To that point, my friend and I also noted that there wasn’t consistency with certain moves. We both work in the industry and are very well versed on what a thorough massage should be. When you massage one arm and forget to massage the other, that’s a concern. She also said she would finish the massage with the scalp, which wasn’t done. Lastly, during the treatment both my friend and I noticed she did not provide cushioning for our heads, so we both had our faces pressed into the massage table uncomfortably for the entire treatment. The biggest concern that I had was that we timed our treatments. I paid for 60 minutes, but received a 46 minute treatment. My friend received a 39 minute treatment, and also paid for 60 minutes. I understand it’s common practice to take 50 minutes for treatment and 10 for undressing and discussion of problem areas, but this was egregious. I believe this new therapist has a considerable amount of potential, and will hopefully read these comments and make adjustments to these areas of concern.

I was blown away by the wonderful deep tissue massage I got from Rose last week. She was sensitive to just what I wanted and gave just the right pressure. She was also really friendly and affordable. I have already booked my next massage and plan to join one of her package plans. I’ve been looking for just the right therapist. I am grateful.
