Every time I am in Orlando I have to stop here before I go back down to south Florida. The experience is like no other! The menu is overwhelming with all the choices and you can have a hard time change picking what you want but I recommend the favorites which the fried chicken and waffles as well as the fried chicken Benedict that has 9 layers! Really delicious and the portions are enough for a family of four to share all together! Coffee is also superb I recommend the banana latte.

Super cool place. I don’t really know exactly how to describe it. I guess I’ll start with the obvious: PORTIONS. Holy cow. It was 2 meals on one plate. I had the fried chicken Benedict and my husband had the famous chicken and waffles. Both had incredible flavor. I wanted to keep eating it forever but my stomach stopped me. We also had phenomenal service which, to be honest, I wouldn’t have expected from a place like this. Food came out very fast considering the quantity and quality. Everyone at our table ordered a root beer and our server never let them go past half before he was providing a refill. He also offered«root beers to go» as we paid the bill. Amazing! Why don’t more restaurants do this? It makes perfect sense for providing an extra bit of excellent service. I was very impressed. One thing to note– the menu changes at 5pm to a fully dinner menu. I personally think it should change over earlier in the day. We walked in at 3pm and I had a breakfast plate. Would’ve liked to have the option of the other menu, but I will definitely be back to try it!

What a cool place. The décor and atmosphere are great. Loud music and great service. The food and portions are simply outrageously good.

This is my third visit to this location in past year. Pros…hefty portions relative to the prices; food was good; was able to accommodate my large party of 18 for brunch; laid back ambience. Cons…parking is not ample and can be a challenge.

I came here thinking I would have nothing to eat because I’m vegan and was pretty close minded. But I was surprised! they have a veggie hash that can be made vegan by omitting eggs and replacing biscuit with wheat toast. The server was accommodating and understanding. My veggie hash was really tasty. The portions were huge! Everyone’s food looked amazing. Definitely plan to share or take to go if you don’t have a huge appetite. Seemed like a place with good southern fare with a modern twist. Prices were very reasonable too(or maybe it’s just because I’m from New York) Either way this is a great place for brunch with friends/family especially if you are in the mood for a lot of food!

I felt like I was dining in the house of giants. The portions here could feed small villages! Everything is created to fit people training for eating contests! The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is big and has cool décor when you first enter. The menu has the typical breakfast items like eggs and sausage but then there’s the hash options. We went with a large party that ordered a little bit of everything. The meatloaf hash was mediocre. The meat was a little dry. The biscuit was good but once it cooled down a bit, it was very hard. The good ol chicken pot pie was ginormous. It was like 4 lbs of food… The size of my sink. It came with all the pie filling in the bowl and a pastry on the side. The biscuit pastry was so hard I could only eat the part dipped into the saucy center. The filling itself was amazing. So rich and creamy. The chicken was sliced finely and there were plenty of veggies. I don’t think I’d order it again though. It didn’t blow me away and I think I prefer the traditional pot pie with the flaky light crust and top. Someone else ordered the chicken and waffles. It stood very tall off her plate. She said there must’ve been a whole chicken on her plate, there was so much food. Definitely come hungry.

We stopped here for lunch Saturday before checking in to our hotel for the Memorial Day weekend in Orlando. I heard about Hash House’s big portions previously but wasn’t sure how good their«twisted farm» food would be. As it turned out, both meals were very good. I had one of their specialties — the sage fried chicken & waffles, which came with a maple /caramel sauce and fried leaks on top. The tower of chicken perched on the waffles arrives at the table secured with a knife to hold everything together and the sweet /salty combination of flavors was delicious. My partner had the«Big O’ Cesar» salad with grilled chicken on top. The salad was easily enough for two people and the chicken was seasoned well. This place can accommodate a large crowd so the noise level is loud and the lack of parking needs to be addressed but we enjoyed the meal and the service was good too. I’ll have to visit again for the chocolate bread pudding.

Staying a couple of days in Orlando and my teen son was starving, Hash House showed up as a nearby fave, so I am so down. SPOILERALERT — portions are HUGE. He chose Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken(Benedict)(as featured on Man vs. Food, I didn’t see it but it says so on the menu). I chose the Tractor Driver Combo with scrambled eggs and one flapjack very large banana and brown sugar pancake. I am not always convinced that my son has a great culinary taste as he prefers quantity over quality, but in his case he got both. The chicken was tender, cooked spot on, while the accompanying fruits, vegetables, and mash potatoes got raves from him. My huge plate came with spot on but unremarkable eggs, and an amazingly large and amazingly good flapjack. A real winner Service was very good, but PARKINGWAS A PROBLEM. Go early, go late, but go.

This is a place I have been dying to try but to be brutally honest… I hate dealing with the traffic on International Drive. Since we had a birthday party to attend a few miles away we figured this was a perfect time to check them out. I absolutely loved the look and feel of the place. The tractor in the waiting area is a great touch and the bar and wine room add a touch of class. Even the bathrooms are nicely decorated. I will admit service got off to a rocky start but our server bounced back and won us over with her personality. We started with coffee and I had the Chicken and Waffles while my wife had the Chorizo hash skillet. FOOD was ALL a perfect 5 in my opinion. The chicken and waffles was one of the best I have been served in a while and the bacon in the waffle is a nice touch. The portion are friggin HUGE so be warned! That hash my wife had was outstanding. I will likely order it our next visit. Service — 3 — I reached the bottom of my coffee cup twice and our server did not seem to check on our table as often as the other servers. Our server was also not very helpful when it came to the menu. She just says«Everything is great» and only rattled off the specials. Atmosphere — was a 4 of 5 mainly because MOST of the parking lot was valet only but once you get inside it was fabulous. The feel of the place makes it a perfect stop on I Drive for Breakfast. No question that I will be returning again and kicking myself for not coming here sooner. If you are ever in the Dr Phillips area… This place is a MUSTSTOP for breakfast! A Florida Foodie

Came here a month ago but it was too crowded there was a 2 hour wait. So during our next visit we decided to give it another try. This time the wait was 25 – 30 mins. We were seated and quickly waited on. I ordered the Sage Fried Chicken and Waffles. OMGoodness… two wonderfully seasoned chicken breast with apple-wood bacon baked inside of the waffles and It was Heaven. No need to order two we ordered another breast and split the meal between us both. Service was great, the scenery was really cool… going back the next time we’re in Orlando.

Chx and waffles — dry. I wanna say it’s way too large of a portion that half of it went to waste. And that was shared btw 2 people. Prawns app. Good and crunchy but small portion. Which our waiter did warn us so that’s ok. We liked the balsamic glaze for the prawns, but prefer it on the side. That way you can enjoy the watermelon slice under the prawns. Watermelon kiwi lemonade was pretty delicious. I wish the watermelon slice was bigger though. Our waiter was very nice and informative.

OK, so this was more of a bucket list item and destination place. Of course you need breakfast in the morning, of course there are LOTS of places to chose from in O-Town. But given the reviews and other Unilocaler pictures of their food(being at the higher end breakfast experience) we decided to give them a try. The menu is HUGE. You pay for the HUGE serving sizes. The quality of the ingredients shines through. The bacon taste, not greasy, etc. All in all we spent $ 100(tip not included) for 6 adults and 1 child. Ouch, yes. But we knew it more a destination breakfast. Would we go again? Probably not. This is more of a been there done that kind of place. Would we recommend? If you don’t mind the price, and want a different experience for breakfast sure why not. I got the Man vs. Food special. It was huge and tasty, and half of it went to waste as I couldn’t take it go. Ohhh so full ! Side note: I spoke with the manager on this. They have valet when you arrive. There were lots of spots beside the restaurant but they were blocked from use by the valet sign. So I asked the manager, what gives? He said they lost 100 parking spots to the new Hyatt Place hotel being built next door, and when it gets busy they have to double park cars. So while the valet is complimentary, they have to use it to be able to fill the place now. They don’t have enough self-parking. So when you drive up like I did, and say I don’t need valet to park my car in a spot 10 feet from the door, this is why.

This place is very conveniently located by the Prime Outlets so I usually come here after a shopping trip. I would have the say that one of the best things that this place has going for it is the portion sizes! They give you so much food that pretty much no matter what you order you should probably share it or just cut to the chase and ask for a box when the food comes. I also like that this place seems to have southern food. You can’t find good fried green tomatoes too many places in Orlando, but this place seems to deliver on these! Comfort food is definitely what I would come here for and one of my favorites is the chicken and waffles. It is so good! The chicken sandwiches are really good too. Overall the amount of food for the price is awesome. I give this a four star though because I think that some of the flavors could be better, but overall I haven’t ever felt unsatisfied.

If you are in Orlando stop at Hash House a Go Go — this place is right up there with the area attractions Disney– MGM — hash House a Go Go! Plan on sharing a meal and that makes this place one of the most affordable eateries in Orlando. We had the skillet with Hash Browns, Chorizo, jalapeño and red pepper /w 2 eggs over easy !! We also had the French toast with bananas and pecans which I would call the Banana Fosters French Toast. If you’ve ever been to Louisiana you know what I’m talking about. You can’t go wrong with anything here but like I said if you and a partner can agree to something in the menu this place is super reasonable. Forgot to add info about the service — top notch just like the food. Getald was our server– very nice. A definite to do while here in Orlando.

My best friend talked highly of this place so we decided to try this out. Out of the four of us, she was the only one who had tried it, and I’m all for trying new things. Reviewers weren’t lying when they said the portions are huge. It’s a little bit obnoxious. It’s a great place for big families cause you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. My wife and I decided to share one entrée: the chicken and waffles. The portion was probably as big as my face. Incredible. There were two chicken breasts(boneless) so my wife got one and I got the other one. The waffles are made with strips of bacon which was also incredible. I also ordered a hot chocolate(weird I know but I was cold). It was a huge cup with three big sized marshmallows. I was in heaven. Hagrid from Harry Potter would definitely be a huge fan of this place. Our server was also pretty efficient so we truly enjoyed this place. There’s also a family restroom. My wife and I appreciate establishments with gender friendly restrooms.

Drove around and saw a hash hash place. Very catchy name! We decided to give this place a try. After reading the menu, we didn’t realize this place was featured on man vs. food. I ordered the famous egg Benedict recommended by man vs food. This entrée was HUGE!!! My son had chicken fingers and and my husband had the meatloaf burger. We couldn’t finish the food. It was soooo delicious though! I wish I was able to eat the left overs but the hotel I was staying at didn’t have a big microwave to fit the leftover. The spiked watermelon was very delicious and my husband enjoyed his regular Bloody Mary(although it was a bit spicy to him, he still liked it) Service was extremely helpful and friendly! This place definitely hit the spot for our hunger and welcoming to Florida. Will definitely be back on our next visit!

Right around the time this place first opened my husband and I came here for dinner. Not only were we blown away by the service, we couldn’t believe the size of the food and how good it was! Shame on us for taking so long to come back here! Come hungry and prepare to take food home because these portions will feed you for days!!! My husband and I took our friend here for dinner last weekend and we were seated immediately at a quiet table by the bar. Mohammed, who I’m assuming was the manager, came over to take our drink orders. He was so nice and I can’t thank him enough for the great recommendations he gave me. I ordered their grapefruit mimosa to start. It literally took less than 5 minutes for him to bring our 3 drinks to the table. We’ve never seen such turn around time getting drinks at a restaurant. That may seem small but it really blew all three of us away. Right after we got our drinks, out came our individual rolls. These are massive! The size of a softball! As good as they are I couldn’t eat the whole thing because I knew dinner was coming. The first time I came here I had the sage fried chicken penne pasta, as much as I had loved it, I was hungry for breakfast. You can’t go wrong with breakfast for dinner! So I got the pancake tractor driver combo which is made up with eggs, bacon and a massive pancake. Thanks to Mohammed, I had the banana and brown sugar pancake which was to die for!!! Seriously I cannot stress enough how good they were! Plus that pancake was so big it was hanging off the plate. So I was lucky enough to enjoy it another day since I took home leftovers. The other great thing about this place is the price! It’s so reasonable considering the size of one plate will feed an entire army. So that’s two times I’ve been now where the service has been exceptional and the food was delicious. I cannot wait as long as I did before to come back!

As many other Unilocalers have advised, please come on an empty stomach!!! There is most certainly a reason the sage fried chicken was featured on Man V. Food. I was stunned when the humongous plate of food arrived in front of me. I simply could not believe that the portion of food served was the same size as my noggin! Aside from the ridiculous size of this portion, the taste was anything but ordinary. The dish encompasses multiple layers of flavors and textures. To begin, the bottom layer was a delicious mashed potato, topped on that was two biscuits, scrambled eggs, bacon, and of course the perfectly crispy fried chicken. The pile of deliciousness was then smothered in a spicy hollandaise sauce. Luckily my friend and I shared this giant breakfast. Even so, I had to throw in the white towel and admit my defeat to food this day. Man-Dy vs food? Food came out victorious.

I really enjoyed my experience at Hash House A Go Go(HH). I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the Unilocal reviews set the bar high. We arrived, rolling in with a crowd of five, on Easter Sunday with no reservations at 1:30PM. We only waited about 15 minutes, but our estimate was between 25 — 30 minutes. There is plenty of seating space if you have to wait. You provide your cell phone number, and they text you when the table is ready. THEDRINKS(5⁄5): A mimosa pitcher is $ 25, and the mimosas are standard — nothing to rave about. The Bloody Mary on the other hand… I love my Bloody Marys with a kick, and HH brought the heat. The drinks are reasonably priced for brunch. THEFOOD(5⁄5): Brace yourself for MASSIVE portions. I’m talking Man v. Food portions — and if you don’t believe me, check out Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken Benedict. Yum. I have no complaints about the food and the portion size. I may have eaten more than I anticipated eating too.(Still had a lot for leftovers!) SERVICE(5⁄5): I have to say that I expected a longer wait. As I mentioned before, we were actually over quoted the amount of time it would take to get a table ready. Our server was fine and got the job done. Our food came out pretty fast too. I can see parking being an issue during peak hours, so plan to get here early to beat the rush or come after. I think they usually take reservations, so that might be an option as well.

Are you a chicken and waffles fan? Run, don’t walk, to this place. I promise you — it is amazing. They don’t take reservations on weekends, so plan on getting there early before the masses. We arrived at 10-ish on a Sunday morning and were sat right away; when we left an hour later, there were probably thirty people or so waiting. Our server Bruno was right on top of things, which I love. We started with mimosas — in addition to just orange juice they have other options, and the tangerine and cranberry were both really good. The server told us they were known for their chicken and waffles. Upon hearing the waffles were made with layers of bacon, I knew I had to try them. Food came out really quickly, and it was fantastic. A huge stack of waffles, topped by two large, lightly sage-breaded chicken breasts. I was in heaven. There was syrup on it, but they also provided a side of syrup. There were also these odd shredded fried scallions on it, which really weren’t needed, but those were easily shuffled aside. Words cannot express to you how tasty the combo of perfectly cooked chicken with the sweet salty of bacon waffles was. 10 stars! And did I mention the portion size? Ginormous! I laughed reading reviews ahead of time where people all said ‘share an order’ — they’ve never met us, I scoffed. But, we easily could have split one portion, and been totally stuffed. Even after making everyone at our table have some, there was still a ton left over. Parking can be a bit of a drag, which is another reason to get there early, but other than that, it was perfect from start to finish.
