Nice hotel very clean and very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. A very nice selection of breads bagels and cereals. They also provide an egg and meat dish which are different each day. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be returning to this location.

I have a good perspective on this property because I have stayed here before, during, and after the complete renovation of the property. My last stay was mid-August 2015 – and the renovation was very close to finished. Now that the property is renovated, it is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have every seen. I love the modern new look of the rooms that I assume will spread across the chain. The rooms are very modern now with cool grey colors and clean modern look furniture and accessories. The bathrooms have been completely renovated with a nice new design. Our room had two queen size beds and seemed exceptionally roomy, with a microwave, wet bar, and refrigerator. This is a top to bottom renovation of the hotel that has been nicely executed. I can’t imagine any hotel near UCF is any nicer. The Hampton Inn is very close to campus, and really close to Knights Circle — one of the largest off-campus student housing areas. We are making the Hampton Inn our regular home-away-from-home when we visit UCF.

It’s not easy giving a 3-star rating to a place I know should be a four star property. Renovation just started here. I am told they will complete it around mid to end of August. There was very little going on in the way of construction, and it was being handled beautifuly by management. The problem was that we had no hot water, and very little pressure in our shower. This is a deal breaker for me, and turned a 4-night stay into a 2-night. Management immediately sent maintenance to look at the problem when I reported it. He instaled a new shower head, and made any adjustments he could, but still, no hot water and bad pressure. We decided to leave the next morning. They voluntarily removed one of the 2 nights from our bill, and were extremely gracious. I could not have asked for a better staff. Every employee we met was accommodating. I will certainly return when construction is over. As for the room, It was lacking a fridge(which I was told I could have requested) and a closet. Hopefully the remodel will bring the rooms up to par with the other Hampton properties. Price was above average as well, probably because of UCF orientation taking place. I am certain they raise prices according to activities going on at the school.

I’m a hilton honors member. I’ve stayed at lots of Hampton Inns. This one is not impressing me. They still have the comfortable beds that you expect and the generous free breakfast. Location is super convenient to UCF. However, I requested a king room and wasn’t informed until I got here that it wasn’t available. There is no closet only a small wardrobe. TV is also pretty small. There is no fridge and no microwave. Finally, I am staying here for work, but it’s awful hard to work on such a tiny desk! Furniture is very dated.

Comfortable rooms, but somewhat dated, especially the bathrooms. Clean and relatively quiet. They keep the tv in the breakfast area tuned to Fox News. I hear fiction and comedy help with digestion, so perhaps that’s the goal there. I would stay there again.

Not bad. Rooms and hallways were a bit dated looking but everything was clean. The room lacked frills but was spacious with very comfortable beds and good AC. A refrigerator/microwave in the room would have been nice, though. Free breakfast was decent for a Hampton Inn with a very friendly attendant. All and all, good for the price and a great location when visiting the UCF area.

The hotel had good clean rooms. They were pretty bare bones otherwise. When I went to the front desk to see if they had a bottle opener, I was told that they used to… Ok, didn’t you think anyone else would ever want a bottle opener?
