Gustoso Pizza

Ive been coming here sense it was Genova pizza. The best take out pizza in town if you ask me. One large pizza, bread and a liter of soda all for $ 9. Open until 4 am, super attentive!

If I could I would eat pizza everyday from this place.
The crust is just perfect, thin and crispy with the right amount of toppings.
It was a pretty busy afternoon and they got my order ready in less than 30 min.
I will definitely recommend this place as one of Orlando’s best pizza stores.
If you looking for quality, check them out.

Pizza was good! Dined in — 2 cheese slices and a soda for $ 4.50. Bathroom door needs a doorknob :)

We love the pizza from here, it’s the best one.

This place is awful.
They slid a flyer under our door at the hotel we’re staying at, so we came back to our hotel room early, to avoid going out to eat for the fifth day in a row.
I ordered food at 8:15 PM, an hour later I called because they still didn’t show up.
The girl that answered the phone said «they were busy because of spring break, and they were the only pizza place in town»
(There’s dozens of pizza places nearby).
She said the driver was leaving now (9:15pm.)
10:15pm I called back, pissed off. No answer. The flier says they’re open till 4am.
It’s now midnight and me and my wife are going to bed hungry, too tired to go anywhere this late for dinner.
It’s our one year anniversary, and we are having to go to bed not having eaten since 5 PM.
I wish there was some worse way they could be reported.

If I could give zero start I would — wishing I would have checked these reviews before I ordered. TERRIBLE! Save yourself, hit the back button and order from somewhere else. Food took 90 minutes and I ordered at 11 pm, so needless to say the food was cold (and dry) and looked like it had been sitting for longer than I would care to imagine. The delivery time I was quoted was off every time they gave a quote and when it was finally delivered there was no sauce for the wings and no cheese/​pepper for the pizza. When I asked the delivery guy he said «I don’t know, did you ask for it? I’m just the delivery guy I don’t know what’s supposed to be in there.» Reluctantly, because I’m starving, I take the pizza and literally it tastes as bad as it looks — actually I think the pizza tastes just like the cardboard it came in. I called them back and told them I want my money back for this stuff they call food. The guy who took my call said he needed to talk to the manager. No one around here seems to take any accountability. There isn’t a single ounce of pride in this establishment. I took things one step further and reported them to the hotel they had marketing in — they should not be advertising here.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering– we were starving and ordered in to our hotel before a concert. Gustoso Pizza had put coupons under our door so we called and ordered a veggie lover pizza for $ 16.75 and added jalapeños for $ 3. There were ONLY jalapeños and olives on the pizza!
We ordered a chef salad for $ 6.50 and added chicken ($?). There was NO chicken.
We ordered a Hot 12″ Philly cheesesteak for $ 6.99 with NO cheese. There is cheese ALL OVER it and the sub is cold.
We spent just over $ 50 including tip and delivery charge for a 100% incorrect and DISGUSTING order.
It was terrible even making the order– we repeated our phone number and order multiple times to ensure it was correct. When we got the food to our room (they wouldn’t come upstairs– we had to meet them at the lobby) and saw everything was incorrect, we called IMMEDIATELY. All we wanted was the correct order. We were hung up on twice and then finally, the employee said that «his manager would be working in two hours, but that he couldn’t deal with our questions right now.»
My mom just tried calling the credit card company to dispute the charge and get it cancelled. I have NEVER felt this way about any food delivery before. I am positive that this company uses its prime location in Downtown Orlando to take advantage of people coming into town. Really sad.

Found the reviews after we’d already ordered. The food was good we ordered pizza and spag with meatballs. Not the worst I’ve ever tasted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE!
Horrible place to order from. Delivery man gave us the wrong order. After we contacted him and informed him of his mistake he promised to redeliver our correct order and he did not. In fact he began to ignore our phone calls and our calls went to voicemail. We then contacted the owner and he refused to return our money to us. We contacted the police they tried to get our money back they could not. the police also informed us that they had come to this particular restaurant on many previous occasions for the same dilemma. I repeat do not order from this restaurant.
