Gamestop

Worst costumer service ever, I called two hours before to ask if they have Fifa 16 pre owned, they said yes we have it !! I drove 25 min to get there and when I got there they said oh sorry we had a mistake in our system we don’t have it !! And they tried to push me to buy new one !! I will never do business with this location.

This is a pretty standard Gamestop. It doesn’t stand out from others in any particular way. I recall they had a pretty neat midnight release for Skyrim a few years back. The staff is friendly, and they aren’t pushy about pre-​orders. They know when they’re dealing with educated consumers. I really appreciate that.

If you have a choice between this Gamestop and the one north of it on S. Semoran, go to this one. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. The people up front are helpful and the selection is decent. The only problem is with the parking during peak hours but it really isn’t that big of a deal having to walk maybe an extra few spaces.

This gamestop is the only one close to me. the staff and management are real nice and friendly. Always up to date on their info too. mid night launches here the store usually goes all out with game tournaments and even with the case of the most recent call of duty black ops game, they had pizza there for all waiting in line. These are the types of things that keep me coming back for my games

This is the closest Gamestop to my house which is a good thing and and bad thing. I will say the manager is a super nice guy. He’s very talkative and informative but most of the time isn’t rude with people. I mean, people call up there with really stupid questions but he takes his time to answer them. Also, on midnight launches for games, he does go all out and has a launch party to pass the time until the games are release.
I also feel bad for him because this Gamestop is located in the AWFUL Lake Fredrica Shopping Center. With one of the world’s oldest Walmarts, the area pulls in a lot of ghetto people. This Gamestop has kids going up in Gamestop all the time reading the strategy guides and stuff. Was there the other day and the manager guy was telling some kid who was purchasing a game that if he wants a strategy guide, that he should buy it now with a discount. Otherwise, he didn’t want to see him in his store just reading the strategy guide and dipping out. Was funny how the convo went down.
It’s a good store but the area and customers are not the greatest.
