I am so happy to have found this lovely little spot. After a chaotic day, walking through the door sort of made the rest of the world melt away. It looks nice outside, but is truly a peaceful little oasis inside. Every staff person was warm, inviting, and professional. I will absolutely go back!

Amy thank you so much for helping me in my spiritual journey. Your love and spiritual intuitive words have given me hope and a path totally unexpected. You are amazing and so powerful. The seminar you and your staff conducted was so insightful and very exciting. It’s great to be a part of something so full of love and joy. Thanks for all you do. I used go here when they were at the old location. I did like my facialist and reception but the manager Cristine (I believe that’s her name) was a B! 1^st off I bought the coupon and there was no limit how the coupon can be or can not be purchase multiples times. It was offered through Unilocal and even the receptionist sold me the same way. 2^nd off if I bought it already, as a manager you should honor it and not deny them and give your receptionist a hard time about it! And especially in front of me! 3^rd if you just care about profit then this is the wrong business your in! You should be concern about your clients skins and how to help them with any concerns, as a manger should do! Never again I went back and told my other friends about the situation and they never came back as well.

The main reason I came in for a consultation was for laser treatments for my freckles. Amy did my consultation and she was very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Being Asian, I was worried about the side effects laser treatment may have on my skin. Amy shows understanding for my situation and helped me understand and feel more comfortable about laser treatments. The staff here did a good job with my laser treatment; I’m happy with the results. Overall, service was timely and professional.

Competitive prices, great service, and amazing stuff. I am getting laser hair removal and could not be happier with the results and the service I have received. I always feel comfortable with the tech doing my bikini area and highly recommend to call for a quote.

My brother came here after another laser tattoo removal office botched and burned his skin while removing his tattoo. Amy and her team are healing angels. Period. They healed my brother’s skin with the proper knowledge and technique only skilled professionals possess, and proceeded to remove his tattoo the way it should have done in the first place. Gently, and without burning his skin. This is the best place to go to get your tattoo removed, even if your skin is dark.

I’ve been getting hair removal treatments at Fresh Med and it’s been great. The tech is super friendly and is very comforting. There was a scheduling conflict once, and the staff was super accommodating and resolved the issue very quickly. I met with the owner once, and she was very personable and friendly. I felt like she was truly looking out for me and wanted to help me, not just sell a bunch of services. Customer service is important to me because I’m a small business owner myself, so I can really appreciate what it takes to care about your clients. I’m very happy coming here for my treatments and I look forward to trying out some of their facials and massages! :)

I love this place I love this place I love this place I love this place! Heres why:
because of my product junkie experimental tendencies mixed with late 20 something skin aging, my face was spiraling out of control with not so nice texture and scaring. I wanted to turn to a professional but wasnt looking forward to a dermatologist that would give harsh prescriptions that would take me nowhere such as whats happened in the past. With the great reviews for FreshMed one cant help but be tempted to try this place out. My final nudge came from seeing on their website that they cater to ethnic skin. For skincare thats a rarity. Us brown beauties are not always addressed in these matters. I made an appt for a free consultation.
The consultation:
I spoke with an esthetician named Roscio. She pointed out issues (acne) that I was in denial I was still facing, evaluated my diet and products I was using. She recommended their detox facial and vitalize peel. I loved that I didnt get pressured into anything. It was all just informational. And she was being detailed about everything. It was great. Since she had time I scheduled the detox facial that day.
The facial
After a thourough cleansing, came a very detailed extractions session. Next was a tool that zapped the bacteria away. Never had this before. It felt odd, but no pain. Next was a glycolic mask. Thank goodness for mini fans to keep my face cool because the mask was definately working. I got moisturized and sunblocked and was on my merry way. That night my skin felt tight. Not dehydrated tight, but «everything just got sucked out of my face» tight. It was interesting, like they suggested, I didnt feel the need to wash my face for the night. The next day all my pimples were dried up. My skin felt smoother. I was sold. Next to try was a chemical peel.
The Vitalize Peel
I’ve had a few peels in the past and I honestly didnt see what the big deal was. I didnt peel much and I saw no major improvement. Roscio introduced me to the Vitalize, which was a stronger peel that took place for about 3 days. WARNING: On your peel day, after receiving it, do not, i repeat DO NOT put on glasses/​sunshades. Not thinking that my shades would bother my now overly sensitive skin, I did so and was left with scars on the bridge of my nose from the rubbing of the frames. smh (Thank the medical Gods that the next peel will remove those scars with no problem) Moving on… I peeled for about 4 days. It was hard not to pick at the skin falling from my face. It was cool but gross at the same time. The results? My skin was brighter, pores on my cheeks (the evil villans) smoothed, all around texture soft. I couldnt believe it. I tell everyone about this place now.
Other greatness
The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen in a spa. So personable and friendly. Rachel the receptionist is wonderful. For my last appt I was having major issues getting over there in time and they were completely understanding, willing to work with me to get a better time. They are always offering discounts. You get 10% for mentioning Unilocal,10% off for scheduling ahead, 10% off products that you purchase day of your service, they offer 20% off week sales regularly, And if you cant make it in that week, you can pre-​purchase it for the sale price and schedule it later! Madness! Plus theres a loyalty card. Every $ 50 spent you get closer to getting something great on their list of freebies. I cant get over it. Their medical grade pedis are nice and I’m looking forward to trying out laser hair removal with them. They offer payment plans!
This place is pure greatness in every way. Please consider it if youre in search of a new spa.

Umm guys… I am hairless after half of my sessions at Fresh! Well, almost hairless. And for an Indian girl, that’s a good thing. A very, very good thing.

I wanted to wait to write a review for Fresh after I was halfway into my 8 sessions for full body laser hair removal. I am so unbelievably pleased! This place is a miracle worker!
Amy (owner), Rachel (receptionist) and Eileen (laser tech) are fan-​freaking-​tastic. They are super nice and approachable, and they will work with you on everything: appointments, payments, etc.
Warning: the laser hurts like a bitch… but I heard that it’s much more painful for us brown girls. So, the lighter your skin, the less painful it will be. Yay!
Oh, and they do tattoo removals too… I haven’t gotten any sessions, but I have seen some before and afters — and boy, do they look amazing.

Bad service here. They just need your money.

I’ve had a couple facials and 8 Brazilian hair removal at this location over the past year and a half, and I love the entire staff! They are all professional and caring and always gentle. I’m not a high maintenance girl, but the best facials I’ve had were always here at Fresh Med Spa. They do different monthly specials which you can receive info about via e-​mail if you sign up for the newsletters. They also do the laser safely and gently and it works (everybody’s hair is different, so be patient!). If I hadn’t left Orlando, I would keep going to them for continued laser hair removal on other areas. Love you ladies! Keep up the great work.

I could not be more pleased. After a horrible experience with the dermatologist, I finally got the results I was looking for here in just one session. In retrospect, I wished I would have just skipped the dermatologist and come here first.
I had been experiencing a crazy bout with my skin that was driving me nuts. While reviewing the website, I decided a detox facial would be what would most fit my needs. The esthetician agreed, and that’s what I opted for.
The low lighting, ambient music, along with décor makes one feel very relaxed while receiving the treatment. I was given water to drink upon arrival, and after my treatment. The esthetician also gave me recommendations of a future treatment plan which included follow up detox facials and a regimen of chemical peels.
All of it sounded really awesome to me.. .in theory of course. My mother told me once that «money makes people look good.» And she’s right. While receiving my facial, I kept thinking of how awesome it would be to have unlimited funds to receive all prior mentioned treatments. I’m sure I would have amazing results, however, I do have other expenses in life.
The spa offers a wide range of services – from facials, peels, massage, mineral cosmetics, in addition to their specialized line of skin products, etc.. .
I was thrilled the spa honored a google deal $ 25 for $ 50. I wanted to buy it on my phone, but as always, my phone never holds a charge and was quickly fading just as I showing the deal to the technician. They honored the deal without me even having to buy it, which I thought was outstanding.

I’m not high maintenance and these girls have made it affordable for me to get pampered monthly!!! They always have amazing deals going on and everyone is so nice. I’m definitely hooked on Fresh.

I’ve been here for 4 different services to pamper myself. I had a lunch time micro which is basically like a quick mini facial. I’m hoping that it does build a layer of collagen. I enjoyed coming back to this trendily decorated house spa with a great chandelier to gaze at during spa treatments. So next, it’s kinda cool to get a quick 30 minute massage followed by the IR Infrared sauna. You feel detoxed even though you indulged. (Did you?) Later, I again tried the micro & added on a 30% glycolic. I learned a lot about skin care & skinceuticals products while I was here so I feel much more knowledgable. I’ve got a few more things to try so I can update but for now, I think they’re tired of me hanging out here so much. (ha!)

Pleasant, personal, and relaxing. I never thought I would go back somewhere for a monthly facial. It’s worth it for the calming hour of treatment and improved skin. Rocio, who does my facials, has such a calm and friendly demeanor and is fantastic at her job. She’ll find a deal for you if a promo exists. Highly recommended!

Today I learned that just because I’m going in for a heavy-​duty skin treatment doesn’t mean I can’t have all the pampering and relaxation of a soothing day at the spa.
Fresh Med Spas is not a typical medical grade facial and chemical peel clinic. And the work I had done today was a game changer.
First of all: I walked into Fresh Med Spas after sitting in I4 traffic, followed by 17 – 92 traffic, feeling like a hot mess, exhausted after a long week, and with none of my usual pep.
An hour later: I left feeling incredibly relaxed… refreshed… able to take on the 6:15 traffic… confident the weekend that followed this facial experience would be nothing but awesome.
Now, you should be forewarned… I’m kind of a chemical peel junkie…
After looking at the menu of facials and chemical peels I had a good feeling this would be my standard experience: get in, get the job done, get out, and hide indoors while heeling.
But walking into Fresh Med Spas is an experience unto itself. The interior is nothing short of adorable and the staff is just flippin’ awesome.
Wendy did my facial and was everything I didn’t know I needed. She listened to my past experiences and skin care goals to create the right facial and peel for my skin, as it is right now.
Then I got to lay down on a heated memory foam bed (!!!) and she took her TIME. Not only did I get an a great facial, I got a full on facial massage that just melted my daily (traffic) frustrations away.
After the picking and burning was done, she lathered my face with an anti-​inflammatory, calming balm so I could walk amongst society without inducing a panic (so considerate!) while she got my neck and shoulders with a light massage as well! WIN!
Verdict: I’ll DEF be back. If you’re in Orlando and considering skin treatment, you should go too. The location is easy to access, the people are awesome, it’s a GREAT value (seriously, do some comparison shopping, this is a great value) and you’re supporting a local business owner!

I headed into Fresh Med about 2 weeks ago for a Free Consultation.
I have never had any work done on my body or skin because I used to have really bad acne. I was always scared to «mess» around with my skin so I stayed away from Spas for specialty things like facials, hair removal etc.
I have has one facial before and it was ok. I of course get my eyebrows done about 2 times a year for shaping and then I handle the plucking the rest of the year. I am not against taking care of myself, I was just not the individual who thought it was necessary or imperative. However, I am turning the dreadful, errrr, ummm… AMAZING age of 30 this year and I know I have some issues I have to address so I thought, it’s free so why not.
I met with the owner Amy who has been in this industry for several years and you can tell, sincerely, wants to help others take care of their skin in the best way possible.
From the minute you walk in there is a calming that comes over you. The spa is small and quaint and just gorgeous and comfortable. There is an office to the left that I had my consultation in with Amy and she started by asking my level of knowledge of the services and Fresh Med Spas specifically. Since I have never been before, she started with her personal background and worked her way through the company’s background.
We discussed my past of my skin care, sun exposure and allergies etc. She took out, what I like to refer to as the «Heat Map», for your face. It is a small machine that you place your face in a small, hot area and you look into a mirror that points out all of your flaws in a mirror via lasers and lights. Amy was looking in the other side and walking me through what each marks were. It was embarrassing at first, however, I loved the information and education I was receiving. It really was an eye opener. It confirmed what my fears were, I have sun damage =(
After that step we discussed the many options I could take to, first and foremost, take care of my skin. Just general tips and tricks for cleansing and daily care. Then we moved into non abrasive topicals that could help if I was not ready to take a treatment step at the Spa. Then we reviewed some of the treatments that I could explore when I was ready. We walked through various before and after photos, steps, care before and after and results. It was overwhelming at first but then we re-​capped and Amy was nice enough to write down her suggestions for my daily skin care as well as options I could take in the future.
There were no hard sales, just a nice conversation and educational 45 min with Amy. I appreciate her taking the time to work with me and I hope soon to return to get some treatments. I am currently working with some samples she gave me with some topicals and I have been very happy so far. My favorite product I have used thus far is the Vitamin C & E I place on my face in the morning, it has replaced my under eye coliagin filler — score! Nourishing my skin plus making it silky smooth for a great base for my makeup!
