First time at Flawless wax & spa, it was very presentable. My esthetician Joan was wonderful! Couldn’t have been more welcomed for my first time there, she really made sure you were comfortable & very precise to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend her to anybody!

I’m a visitor here from Atlanta and thanks to Nae (sp?) this won’t be my last visit to Flawless I hope. She did an amazing job and the staff is so courteous and welcoming! Thanks!

My wax was awesome. I was very comfortable and they use hard wax which is the best. Super helpful and nice to talk with. This was my first time using them and while I was nervous Sylvia calmed me down.

Beware of booking an appointment. They charge a $ 15 dollars fee for missed appoitment. I always get waxes and this is the first time I hear of this fee for a missed appoitment.

Sylvia is seriously the best/​fastest Brazilian waxer I’ve been to! She talks to you throughout the process so you can keep your mind off the pain. Either way, today the wax only took like 10 minutes and I was on my way! 100% recommended. She has a great maintenance price. Don’t be fooled by the location, inside is really nice and pretty and she even bought a little divider for you to change behind.

Smooth like a baby’s butt! Sylvia was professional and fast, but meticulous. This was my first visit and she explained everything thoroughly. Her instructions were clear and easy to understand. It had been a while since I had a Brazilian wax and she made me feel comfortable. She gave me the opportunity to ask any questions about after-​care. One thing I really liked was that there is a partition that I stripped down behind while she prepped the wax. This is efficient because I don’t have to lay on the table waiting for her to return and there is no worry of the door opening while I’m spread-​eagle. She also knew when I was ready so we can get right down to business.
I had a voucher, so my session was free. Checking out was easy and she did not solicit for tips. (I gave it voluntarily). The location was a little hard to find. There is not really a noticeable sign. It is on a very busy street, but luckily if you miss it the first time, you can easily circle the block.

Great service, I found this place through groupon. I was in and out of my Brazilian in about 10 mins. She was quick and friendly and made it as little painful as possible for a Brazilian wax. She also offers a certain amount off your next visit if you leave a Unilocal which I thought was awesome since I was planning on Unilocaling regardless.

Brazilian waxes are the most painful for me and I have tattoos and all. But anyways, although I was Unilocaling in pain, Sylvia kept a conversation going with me to take my mind off of the pain and it worked. She was really quick. You don’t really get any privacy to undress which was a little awkward but I got over it. Remember that people that wax are NOT perfect and there will always be couple of hairs that will be missed. She doesn’t tweeze them off but I did when my skin wasn’t as tender. This was my 4^th Brazilian wax and she by far was the best one only because she made me feel comfortable and quick.

Highly disappointed with my Braziilian wax. This was the worst outcome by far. Hair was not COMPLETELY removed. For Sylvia to say she’s done this for 7yrs, this was the most unsatisfied service I’ve had yet. First of all, this was the first spa that doesn’t offer privacy while undressing. It felt like a rushed job & no tweezing afterwards to finish off. She has proper lighting to see well enough & yet the BRAZILLIAN WAX was not completely done. First impressions are everything, this was disappointing. Only gave it 1 star for the look of the place. Rather go to Spa Bar right next day where services were excellent.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I usually find new places on Groupon because of great deals, and return due to awesome service, but I will not be returning here. To start off, I purchased a Groupon for $ 24 for a back wax. They claimed this was up to 63% off. Wrong. When I got there I noticed all of their signs said $ 25 for a female back wax and $ 40 for a male. Now maybe this is where they value the back wax at a $ 45 value, but no where on the Groupon does it specify male services. Although I was bothered by this false advertisement, I decided the complaint to Groupon was unnecessary and I’d take my whopping dollar savings and call it a day. However, when I mentioned to the woman that my Groupon was valued much higher than the $ 25 on the menu she insisted it was because they didn’t offer pricing for a female wax. What?. I even took a picture of their «menu» to prove she was lying. The money itself wasn’t worth noting, but to lie straight to my face when your pricing is right in front of me? What a scam. This just screams awful service. To top it off, 2 days after my wax (I got it later in the day) I noticed my back was severely broken out. This woman, knowing it was my first time, did not give me any tips for maintenance, prevention, etc. Luckily there is google. And I am fairly certain I got an infection. I think this was either due to the cleanliness or product provided during service… Nearly two months later, my back is finally ALMOST healed. DO NOT GO HERE. False advertising. Terrible, terrible service. And down right complete liars.

I followed Sylvia to this location when she started her own salon. Not only is she fabulous at what she does — relatively painless hair removal from a very sensitive area — she is just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during what could otherwise be a very awkward experience.

I bought a grupon for a full brazilian wax and made an appointment. It was super easy to make an appointment through their website. Sylvia was amazing! She walked me through the whole process since it was my first ever brazilian. She was gentle and very professional. The place looked very clean.

AWESOME staff, great pricing, and nice location. I bought the two Brazilian on groupon and it was totally worth it.

No ma’am this chick is the real deal. I’ve NEVER had a waxing experience as painless as this one. My husband can’t keep his hands off me so I will be going back! I found this establishment through purchasing a brazilian wax on Groupon. I was a little sketched out by the look of the building, but was more at ease upon entering. The cute modern décor is not visible from the sidewalk and the exterior just didn’t have the same finesse.
Inside the place was very chic with a welcoming feeling. I loved that there were little treats out on the desk for the guests. The place is very small but functional!
The wax was great! Extremely quick and as painless as it can be I suppose. There were a few straggler hairs left behind but overall, I was very pleased! I was so happy to be in and out at such an efficient rate. The service was fast but I didn’t feel rushed, and extremely friendly!
Package pricing/​monthly membership prices are very reasonable!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in waxing services!

This place is the best! Sylvia is so good at what she does. Waxing isn’t pleasant but Sylvia makes the entire experience doable. I’m a nurse and cleanliness is important to me. She never reuses anything! She is so awesome. Her customer service is on point as well. I never have to wait long and the conversation is always good! Highly recommended!

Sylvia is wonderful. Very professional and she makes her clients feel very comfortable with the waxing experience. She uses good quality products and does a great job and is quick too so less time for pain :) Highly recommend for all waxing services!

I have tried laser hair removal and my OB did not lie to me when saying it doesn’t necessarily kill all the hair follicles. I was so sad after my sixth treatment to see barely any results. I am a person with very stubborn hair though. Shaving hurts, leaves me with bumps and itchiness… this is the first thing to actually work wonders!
She kept me talking and I barely noticed any pain. Every time I come out clean and it’s lasted me longer then two weeks. I just use benadryl the first day its done and take a nap. By the time I wake up its like a miracle has been worked. Would definitely, definitely recommend!
