First Class Dry Cleaners

Took my suits and golf shirts in getting ready for a cruise. Prices were competitive, service great and delivered on time. What more could one ask for?

Service was good but $ 42 for 3 slacks, 3 shirts and one sport jacket. About $ 20 more than where I am going back to. Plus they didn’t get stain out of jacket.

Although the job was done well, I don’t believe I’ll return. I dropped off a coupon and they kept giving me new rules… you must give it to them when you drop off the cleaning; you have to put the clothes IN the bag; you have to bring it with you… It got to be ridiculous and the manager was never there. Sorry, but this definitely was not First Class service!

I have a coupon for 20% off from them and I attempted to use it. The clerk informed me that coupons can only be used at drop off not at pickup/​payment. I’m sure she either has been trained incorrectly or the company has set a policy to intentionally piss off customers. Either way, because my bill was $ 100, I feel cheated out of $ 20. There is no sign or any fine print on the coupon stating it must be presented at drop off. When I asked for the manager, I was informed she wasn’t at work. To the clerks credit, she maintained her professionalism and courtesy even though I was making my displeasure known.
Because I feel they bait and switched me, I will never be returning to this company. My office has onsite dry cleaning pickup through another company and I’ll be using them exclusively now.

Very disappointed. Took a suit to have a pocket repaired. We were told it would be ready the following Tuesday. When that Tuesday came around the suit was not ready yet. So we came back that Friday only to be told after waiting for ten minutes they «could not find» the suit. We were told to come back the following Monday and the manager would be in. Well today is that Monday and thankfully the suit had been located – with a bill for $ 24 and no manager in site. Almost a week late and not even being able to locate it, it seems very unprofessional that we were still charged full price for this service. When I brought this up to the young man behind the register he seemed unsure of what to do. I understand that he is not the one to make these judgement calls but had there been more communication between the employees and management maybe a deal could have been worked out where we were not paying full price for less than stellar service. Instead we will be taking our service to the place down the street from now on.

Good service and friendly team. They always take care of my valuable items and I trust them with my good clothing.

We have been using this dry cleaner since we moved here 13 years ago. One of the first customers we are. Always friendly, courteous and fair pricing. As long time customers, we are always greeted by name. Convenient for all of the Lake Nona area.

Expensive! If you go down the street there are three cleaners much cheaper and just as good quality. Customer service is also lacking. Save your money folks and go somewhere else.

Very good dry cleaner in the Lake Nona area. The staff is very friendly and I have never had a problem with the clothes I have brought them. Prices are reasonable and they get the job done when you need it.

It’s a shame when the only people who write reviews are those with negative experiences. I’ve had only good results and polite interactions with the staff here. Their prices aren’t particularly expensive– just typical. Unlike the other reviewers, I would recommend using this business.

Do not waste your time or money. The prices at this cleaners are ridiculously high. Went one time and will never go back! I will drive right past to go somewhere else. Beware! $$$
