First Class Cleaners

Ruined my designer cloths!
I took two pieces of hand made suits to this plac in mid December, and asked them to dry clean them. When I pick them up they were so shrunken that jackets only reached mid part of forearm. I took them back to this place and told them «It appears to be washed by mistake. Whomever treated this garment made a mistake by washing them. I want them to be fixed. There’s got to be a way to stretch them back»
Clerk told me she has no idea what happened or who did it yet there were a name of the person who treated my garment on the hanger. She kept repeating that someone/​assistant district manager is going to call you soon.
So manager gives me a call back and says that she needs to investigate further and she is going to call me back soon.
Then Dorthy from cleaners called me. She wants me to come in for fitting because they stretched my garments but just don’t know how much to stretch.
So I go in and try them and I realized that there is a big hole on the sleeves and soon to be holes in couple of places.
Don’t get me wrong the clerk her name is Dorothy was trying to help and even admits that there is a new hole. At the point I realize that my suit is ruined.
I was sad to look at my cloths k owing get even I file a claim the money they’re going to give me I’m not going to be able to buy anything like those.
I told them I want to file a claim. I was told to wait for a phone call from manager again.
So all this took about 3 weeks. I am still waiting for that phone call.
I will call them tomorrow.

Worst experience ever! Took my 3 new uniforms, when picked it up they were stained, the lady said she was going to send it again which she did twice and it didn’t came out. They still charged me full as an express services and it took them 2 weeks to returned me the stain uniforms. The girl at the desk kept saying she didn’t know what happened but what she can do it was kept send it to remove the stains that they made at Central. Bottom line I will never use this cleaners again nor will recommend it. Even made sure my co-​workers know about they horrible services.
