I have been dealing with this shitty company for over 3 months. From one excuse to another. From one department basically fighting with the other on what paper they need.
I have even dealt with their headquarters and talked to regional managers, branch managers. It seems that nothing help.
They are all useless and after 3 months, it seems that we are not closer now that we were then. I have to sign 5 addendum to extend the closing date and still nothing.
They are asking the title company for papers that they even said no one ever asked before.
This has been the worst experience and customer service i have ever encountered. I honestly cannot comprehend how a company is ran that way. This is a shame for them to treat anyone the way i have been treated and to literally play with people’s lives.
Anyone looking to get a mortgage, please stay away for your own good. It will save you lots of headaches

I owned Eagle River Mortgage Associates from 1994 till 2003 at this address. None of the people listed in this complaint ever worked for me, nor for that matter, have I ever heard of any of them. Either Mr. Franck k doesn't know who he was doing business with, or this is a bogus complaint.
