Not impressed but it’s the closest to this area. Don’t order the papaya salad. Definitely Americanized.

A must go to authentic and aromatic Thai food with pleasant hospitality. I love how light and fresh the plates are. Never overwhelmed with sodium and easy to share. Hearty portions and yummy condiments for those that like to jazz it up or need some burn.

Amazing portions and the Green Curry blows my mind! I can almost eat off of it for 3 Days. I used to order from another location which was also good. However, this place was better and better prices for their portions! Just remember to ask for the spices! Best thing also was they don’t nickel and dime for everything(like peanuts) — Also, the Cheese Rangoon OMG!

Best Thai restaurant I’ve been to so far! My favorite has to be the green curry and the fried calamari. A token in the Lake Nona area.

One of my go-to, favorite lunch spots in Lake Nona!(The true, original Lake Nona neighborhood.) Durian Durian has great lunch specials(about $ 8 for soup or salad, and a dish(your choice of chicken, steak, or tofu(seafood for an extra fee)!! I love their curries. I’ve tried them all. And most recently, I had the Chicken Pad Thai and really liked the sauce. Wish there was a bit more chicken in the dishes, but I think it was enough for my lunch cravings. =) The staff are friendly and pretty darn prompt! They also offer discounts for some local organizations and business, which is awesome. Get to lunch early as it will get pretty crowded past 12:30pm. But they are pretty quick, so table turnover isn’t too bad. The hot teas come by the pot. Try the ginger lemon, but be forewarned it’s pretty strong ginger taste.

Tulip dumplings were cold(obviously frozen and microwaved) had to send back. Soft shell crab a little stinky. Beef noodle soup was good. Jacketed shrimp app was excellent.

We have frequented this restaurant many times but errantly not provided reviews. Our dining experience was once again very good. Our server Talya was fantastic, extensive knowledge of all menu items, our food was excellent and dessert, well, :-0) The owner was extremely attentive even tho extremely busy, and checked in on our table twice and again at the register when paying. A great dining evening again. Thank You to the Management and the staff for your efforts and professionalism in your food quality, preparation, and presentation. Great job

Overall the food taste good. I must say that I was very disappointed with the Roti Canai. The gravy served with the Roti taste nothing like the traditional Roti Canai. We ordered the house fried rice and the drunken noodles and I would definitely recommend it.

My partner come here for special occasions because it’s that good. 9⁄10 times, I will order the Angry Tofu. It will make you sweat if you order it Thai hot, but that’s not a bad thing in my book. Servers here are always very nice and attentive. The atmosphere is intimate, but accommodating. I occasionally also order the Tom Yum soup, which is the best i have ever had. A+

My family and I popped in for dinner tonight and it was jam packed– always a good sign. Despite the fact that there was a very large group of conference people from a workshop down the road we were still seated promptly and as far from the noisy group as possible. While we waited for our drinks I took in the décor; it was tastefully done in an Asian-themed style. There were many beautiful statues and paintings on the wall and the lightning was perfect, dim enough to be relaxing but not so dark that you need a flashlight to read the menu. The food was very good– I had the mixed vegetables with beef and mild sauce. We also had coconut ice cream for dessert and I loved it, I would probably come back just for that! The owner was incredibly friendly and apologized multiple times for our wait due to the large group and checked on us a couple times to make sure we were enjoying the food. She was very welcoming and obviously cares about her business and her customers very much. Solid Thai food restaurant with pretty décor, good food, and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Stopped here while house hunting and had the spring rolls and pad thai for lunch. This came with a delightfully refreshing chicken vegetable soup. The spring rolls were fried perfectly, crisp exterior without greasiness. This was honestly some of the best pad thai I’ve had! The restaurant is in the back row of an open mall(behind Outback) and very easy to miss. The interior is sparse with wood tables and cushioned seats. The each service arrived as I finished the previous one, and my waitress did not let my iced tea glass go empty. My meal cost $ 12 with tip. There was a college crowd of 20 that made the restaurant quite loud(no sound dampening), but as soon as they left, the atmosphere changed to peaceful and serene! I was the only visitor — this is clearly a preferred spot for locals. After I’m settled in at my job here, this will be a regular lunch location!

Came here on a Thursday night and we were the only people in the place. Wish it were a little more vibrant but they told us it’s always slow in the summer. Had the cheese rangoons which were pretty good, although I’ve never really had a bad variation. My pad Thai was really great though, lots of flavor and just the right spiciness. The shrimp in the pad Thai were also huge!

One of the best Phanaeng curry I have tried! The summer rolls are great too. Also, the peanut sauces(both light and dark) are AMAZING!

the texture of their chicken is just not right. I don’t know what they put in it to make it bigger?! Maybe Baking soda… anyway, It is another american style asian dining place you can skip if you are looking for the real deal… Service is good. Servers are always nice and try to explain everything on the menu.

Durian durian is the most baller Thai food in lake nona. That is mostly because is is the only Thai food place in lake nona, taking first place by default. However, this should not be considered when reviewing the food here. First of all, the wait staff is the best. Shout out to yall, keep doing you. Yall are all over the drinks and everything it’s pretty quick over there. Also, easy on the eyes. That’s always a plus! The food is always of excellent quality. I get the red curry, and it is oh so delicious every single dayum time. Consistent. The rice is excellent too. Priced well. Good environment, Buddhas and other stuff everywhere, makes me feel chill. I also want to point out that they give you limes with the water, making it the best damn water I’ve ever had. Better ingredients, better people, better only Thai place in lake Nona. That’s durian durian.

This was our first time coming here and it will be my last. Nothing spectacular about the food, but I did enjoy the soup and the sticky mango rice dessert. I didn’t recall if the server introduced herself and felt she was not attentive.

If you aren’t sure whether you’ll like Thai food, try the Spicy Angry Chicken. It’s like General Tso’s chicken, only better. I don’t really care for the spices and seasoning used in most Thai food, so I get it 99% of the time. They have a different soup each day, but not on a schedule. If they have the chicken corn chowder, order it! It has a touch of coconut that makes it heavenly. A friend of mine is disappointed whenever they don’t have it. If you’re going for lunch, try to get there before noon. That’s when things pick up noticeably.
