Every time I ordered coffee and specifically asked for one sugar in my coffee, on my first sip my coffee always taste like it has 5 sugars. I don’t understand how hard is it to just put one sugar.

So i visit this location on a regular basis for the last 2 years. I must say that i am extremely pleased to see Shannon as a manager i have always loved her personality she’s so polite and so bubbley… I have watched her grow in this company keep up the good work. i love coming here yuli luz marylee they all know my order they r all so nice. Keep it up guys i will never change my dd location as long as you are all here!!!

Worst visit ever! Ordered a hazelnut coolatta and it came out super dark more than usual. So i tasted it before I left and it was disgusting. I gave it back and the girl snatched it out of my hand and slammed it in the trash and made another, I watched closely in case she tried something. Same result so I sent it back, same reaction. By the third drink I asked for my money back because I was afraid of what she would do to my drink because that’s how shady this place is. Completely unprofessional and cussed me out in spanish. I will never come to this location, ever!!!

This DD is the worst!!! The staff communicate by yelling !!! Even the manager (at least he looks like the manager) uses this yelling as a form of communication amongst each other!!! The kid who made my cappuccino needs to go back to training (it’s not his fault) and receive proper training of making coffee! My husband ordered a toasted corn muffin w/​butter and jelly. Yes they got that wrong !!! This place needs to get new management and become professionals !!!

We stopped here to get coffee on a Saturday. We ordered an iced white chocolate pumpkin latte and a hot white chocolate pumpkin latte.
We were handed an iced white chocolate latte and a hot pumpkin latte. This was after verifying several times that the VERY nice order taker had the order right.
We didn’t return the drinks because the cashier was so nice. They are good just not what we ordered.

I only visit this location when enroute to work, but always prefer this location over the 2 near me.
Why?
Because this location is by far the fastest, efficient, and with a functioning speaker.
I feel bad that my standards are low, but after years of repeatedly incorrect orders (and opening the bag at home to discover it…), I greatly appreciate consistency in actually getting what I order.
I do however find it intriguing that this location is next to a gym.

Seriously. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have been back SEVERAL times, each visit I thought it would improve slightly. It’s just a huge facepalm of disappointment. I think this is where lifelong dreams go to die — at this sad, ill-​managed Dunkin Donuts.
The last straw was when I ordered a pumpkin iced latte and they literally gave me what tasted like water with a little bit of sugar and ice. There was nothing remotely pumpkin-​y about it. And I ordered a medium of this watery, nasty drink so I spent my entire drive to work sipping it and going GROSS. $ 4 WASTED, I’M A GENIUS.
That’s it. Never again. I give up on you, Semoran Dunkin Donuts.

The place is allways crowded and the workers don’t speak English, there is allways a wait every time I have been there.
