Dollar Tree Store is a place I shop at if I need something I did not buy at another store. Or when I am on my way home and just remembered that I need dish washing detergent. It is also great when money is tight, and you only have a few bucks until pay day. And today happened to be one of those days. And it seemed to be one of those days for many other people as well. As I entered the store, the lines were long. The cashiers, however, did a really good job getting customers through the check out lines. And the sales staff here is always friendly and helpful. Only once can I remember having a problem with a cashier. Dollar Tree has many name brand items, as well as generic products for $ 1.00. A great price if you just remembered that you need hand soap for the bathroom. As well as toilet paper to go in that bathroom. And if you are cleaning the bathroom, there are cleaning products for that room, as well as the rest of the apartment or house. There are also many products for the kitchen, whether it be silver ware, plates, glasses, or canned goods. Forgot that can of peas or beans? It is most likely in stock. This Dollar Tree also has food items that are refrigerated or frozen. The selection of frozen vegetables and side dishes are great, and there is also a selection of frozen ice cream treats, pizza, and breakfast items. There is also a selection of luncheon meats, cheese, and eggs in the refrigerated section. Dollar Tree also has a good selection of greeting cards. And during the holidays, it has a good selection of holiday decorations, party supplies, and gift wrap. There are even helium balloons available for special occasions. Parking is no problem, having a large parking lot. And hours are convenient as well. This location is also kept clean. Other Dollar Tree locations I have been through have had merchandise scattered about the floor. Or only one register is open with a long line. Not here. So I came in today, because I forgot to buy soap. And I will most likely be back again since I will remember that I need shaving cream. Or pine cleaner for that bathroom. The only problem I have with this Dollar Tree location is that it has a resident pan handler who sits out front and begs for money. I am not a regular customer of this store, but have been coming here for a few years now. And this same guy sits out front and waits for you to walk by as you are leaving, and then puts out his hand and asks you for any spare change. And if you don’t give him anything, he usually says something under his breath. I think he is telling me what I can go do with myself. I talked to management before about this, but it seems like nothing has ever been done to correct this issue. As far as shopping is concerned, this is a great place for something last minute or looking to save some money. And the hours and location of this Dollar Tree is really convenient.
