warning to all those whose drives have crashed: 1) turn the computer off immediately if you hear any clicking noise! do not attempt to start the computer again! hard drives can give you one chance before you reach the point of no return. i did not know this and completely destroyed my drive

use your american express or discover card if you dare use them, then file a dispute to get your money back. no need to tell me you should have listened to my warning, just dont go there

My friend loves Mac and he has a home office where he promotes his patented flex devices. While moving around his iMac he has the habit of dragging the table– I always have advised him not to do so because that way he might create a bad sector in the hard drive. And that’s what happened– he was adamant that Mac are all failure-​proof and something else was wrong. Anyway it won’t boot up. He called me up on Facetime and I called Datarecoup on his behalf. It was found that his hard drive’s media got damaged due to some physical wear and tear. I told Datarecoup people of my friend’s habit and eventually that was the reason my friend (Robin) had to pay for a new drive. But accolades to Datarecoup that they were able to safely transmit the data from the dead drive to the new one. Seems like not even Mac is invincible– but guess Datarecoup always have the trouble shooting expertise.

I received the data fully recovered from the hard disk given by me during last week.
