This is 100% adult Disney, if you are looking to become a version of yourself both physically and mentally please dont hesitate and visit crossfit MDI. The staff is always there to help you and to teach you on a daily basis. I am proud to call myself a member of crossfit MDI.

The best decision of my life was to begin working out here. I have met some of my best friends here and it’s such a welcoming community for everyone. The owner truly puts his heart and soul into the gym and brings a lot of fun and excitement to each workout.

This is a great community crossfit gym. M.D.I stands for motivation, dedication and inspiration. They also go by PTS which stands for preserving the sexy. The owner Louis is a very cool guy and has his own inspirational fitness story that you should check out in their website. It’s a good size gym with great coaches and a really good family atmosphere. The owner and coaches are very welcoming and helpful and makes sure your doing things correctly to prevent injury. It is also a pretty big competition gym as well. They’ve held a couple competitions in their gyms and also competed in other outside competitions. A lot of their members participate I. These competitions and even give their support if they don’t. They have their own fan base with banners and chant as well. I definitely would love to come back to this gym because of all this but the only thing is the times don’t fit in with my schedule anymore. They have a level 1 and level 2 class at 6 am, open gym at 7−830am, level 2 class at 9am, and level 1 and 2 classes at 6pm and 7pm Monday through Friday. They also have barbell club, where they go over techniques for Olympic lifting movements like snatches and cleans. They also have yoga and weekend level 1 and 2 classes at certain times in the weekend. I would definitely recommend this gym if you really want that full family crossfit feel.

Greatest and nicest staff! You will sweat your fat off! I highly recommend Crossfit MDI because you get the best value overall, the staff is amazing, your cohorts are equally motivating and you will be challenged to become a better, stronger, healthier more fit version of yourself. Love this place.
