We used Collins for a Memorial service for a relative. This was a very hard time but Erica and the whole crew made the experience much easier. The food was great, exactly how I requested. The service was amazing! I did shop around, the price was the best out of all 3 quotes. Truely the only company that made everything right and did not try to add a twist. I really appreciate the wonderful job they did from start to finish.

We used Collins for my parents anniversary party. We had stationed hors d’oeuvres and a few signature drinks created by their team. Wally and Erica were a pleasure to work with. The Collins team showed up on time to our house and were very professional from start to finish. Our guests were still raving about the food weeks later! This is a family run business that truly care about the customers they serve. We will be using their services the next time we need an event catered.
