Definitely sign up for the online club, as soon as you sign up, you receive a bogo ice cream via email and then receive another coupon on your birthday. I love their ice cream but in my opinion, it’s only worth the price when I get the coupons. The price of a single «love it» is 6 $. Also, this location is never busy, but it is in a busy area (by a Walmart, Tijuana and other restaurants/​places)

Wow if I wanted to be disrespected I would just gone to work. I ordered an ice cream with one topping and after the eye roll I was given she lightly Dusted the ice cream with powdered Oreo. HELLA RUDE. Won’t ever come back it was like she was Bothered that she had to mix two dang flavors in. Like this is your job. Rude.

I love coldstone creamery and have had a wonderful experience at most of the franchises. This location in my experience does have a friendly staff, however poorly trained. I have been here 4 times, each time I order the same smoothie and each time it is made poorly.
Now I know there is a set of guidelines on how to make each beverage. Each time I’ve come here and order my blueberry pinapple smoothie it is made differently, by a different employee each time, not in a good way.
So in a nutshell. If you want a smoothie. Drive a couple miles and try a different location.

Very poor management. Does not participate in coupons at all. Showed them this coupon for a free waffle cone and they turned it down. Also does not accept Groupons. Bad management and store. No one wears a name tag so you have no clue who is working for you. Please Avoid and go to another Cold Stone as you will be glad you did.

This is my fav Cold Stone location. It’s rarely ever packed and all of the staff are super friendly, generous with portions and toppings and really listen to what you say. I like this place a whole lot. Def go to this location for quality ice cream and service.

I will never ever order or purchase a cake from Cold Stone Creamery ever again! I paid over $ 28 for a cake that was not made correctly and the Manager refused to make it right! She would not even speak with me about it! She flat out refused to help me! I ask the clerk why the Manager refused to speak with me and help me and she said that the Manager is Korean and does not speak English! How could Cold Stone employ a Manager that does not speak fluent English in the United States? So many Americans are out of work that I find it difficult to believe that Cold Stone could not find a Manager that speaks English to run this store! I paid for Peanut Butter Playground and received a plain Chocolate Cake with Plain Chocolate ice cream and no peanut butter at all inside. I could have paid half and got a plain Chocolate Ice cream Cake from Walmart! this was not first time at Cold Stone and it will definitely be my last! My advice is go to Marble Slab or Baskin and Robbins instead of the rip off joint!
