BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
I solicited the services of Chef Jermaine to host a birthday dinner for my mother. After several conversation via phone calls, texts and emails we were in the final stages of solidifying the menu and costs. And then… he falls off the face of the earth! With one week left to get details ironed out, he stop returning my phone calls, stop replying to emails… stop communicating. I was forced to find another chef at the last minute to accomodate a party of 10 on Valentine’s Day weekend. Cher Jermaine was UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL in his lack of communication.
I give a shout out to Chef Billy Brown for coming thru at the last minute and saving the special birthday surprise for my 70 year old mother.
Do better Chef Jermaine!
