Ceviche On Wheels

This is one of the best food trucks of all time. Ceviche-​Man is our favorite food truck chef! He’s so super friendly and just an awesome person.
The food is beyond excellent. We find ourselves stopping by here on our way home way too often because the food is so delicious.
If you’re not that into ceviche, they also have a rotating menu of non-​ceviche food such as fried rice meals, stir fry, fish and chips, etc.
Don’t miss out on this amazing food truck.

We came out to the Imperial for drinks and live music and found Ceviche on Wheels outside.
I’m not able to really do justice in comparison with other ceviches in the Orlando area but this food truck puts out a quality product. We wound up with a group of four people and it’s great that Imperial has the truck outside. We were hungry. Because he’s making everything to order, it takes a little time so it’s nice to sit inside and enjoy the drinks while waiting. They had some great live music there last night.
The ceviche was great. Not fishy or salty. The lime and onions make the statement and he gets it on the table before the process has made the fish and shrimp too tough.
I’ve had ceviche two other times in the past. Once was homemade by some Chilean friends and the other was in a restaurant. The homemade was great, like the food truck but the restaurant left a bad taste in my mouth (pun COMPLETELY intended). It was just too fishy and you can tell it didn’t receive the same amount of attention and care that the guys with Ceviche on Wheels give their menu items.

Seafood Fried Rice & Ceviche combo
It was all good and very fresh and hot when he delivered it inside to us. My favorites were the ceviche and the fish tacos. The avocado cream and lime crème he adds to the ingredients really gave it a great flavor and the fish was perfectly crispy and not greasy at all.
You’ve got to try Ceviche on Wheels if you have the opportunity!

Super fresh food and great service. Ceviche is a must!!! One of the best ones in town… Lomo saltado was amazing too; id recommend everything on the menu… Congrats guys!!!

It was about time! Quality ingredients and very reasonable prices. Best food truck in the Ivanhoe Village by far. Highly recommended!

This is by far one of the tastiest and more healthy food-​trucks I’ve come across in Central Florida. The couple that owns this truck are both from Peru, so they are the real deal when it comes to making peruvian ceviche! The fish ceviche was absolutely amazing. I can’t get enough! I wish Jose would sell me gallons of this dish! Make sure to check these guys out at Imperial Wine in Ivanhoe Village Wednesdays and Saturdays. :-)

Wow. What have I just found? Only the most amazing little food truck ever! :-) I had the fish ceviche, and my wife had the Lomo Steak. Both were off the chain. I found this truck parked on Orange Ave in front of The Imperial Wine & Beer Garden. Also, We were able to order our food, and go inside grab a beer, and they brought the food in to eat inside. Very Cool.
