Cactus Azul Food Truck

Ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp tacos. I was told they could only make one with the bacon and the other would be with out. I asked if they would throw in a coconut shrimp to make up for it. They happily obliged. Friendly staff. The tacos were wonderful. Flavor was spot on. Only thing that would have made it better was if the coconut shrimp would have been bacon wrapped and in the taco! The sauces offered were both good too. Green is a spicy jalapeño cilantro based and red is a more mild tomato based. I added both to my tacos.

This food truck was at my work one day and heard a co-​worker tell me how much he enjoyed it. So, I thought why not.
I purchased Fish Tacos, which had cod in it. Sort of a random fish, but I appricate it. Over all the tacos were a little more spice, than flavor. The cod was fried and in one large filet per taco. It came with two tacos, chips and beans.
As I was working at the time, I had to let it sit for a few. Within the ten or so minutes, the juices had soaked through the tortilla, making them fall apart. Bring in the fork and knife.
There were no options that I knew of for sides, if there were I would not have added beans.
At the end of the day, I thought the food was ok, there was not enough value in the price.

Not much to say other than the food was pretty good. Nothing truly special but definitely one of the better trucks at the Round up in Windermere. If you decide to go definitely give this place a shot.
Would I go back? They only swing around once a month in Windermere and I didn’t find myself too impressed. It was pretty good but nothing you can’t get elsewhere.

Tried this truck at the Windermere food truck roundup and loved it!
Beer battered tacos were absolutely amazing. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the quesadilla and burrito weren’t as good and the nachos were just drenched in plain nacho cheese, nothing special.
But I would definitely recommend the fish tacos!

I got the Taco Salad, but it was way more taco than salad. Saturated with meat, sour cream and guacamole. Very little lettuce.
