This business sucks ass!!! I love their jazmin tea with tapioca and they always run out of tapioca, I would make the line to order and after making the line they would say what ingredients they would have available, cant they put a sign out saying what ingredients they ran out of? This is ridiculous this last time i asked them about the tapioca and the guy sent me to the back of the line and after making the line he tells me he just ran out of tapioca!!! So frustrating!!! I am never setting foot in this business ever again neither should you! Dont waste your time and money!

The drinks are awesome and the staff is always fun & friendly.
I highly suggest the White peach & apple or strawberry boba. It is delicious.
The pricing is fair and I honestly will keep returning and trying the many different flavors.

I had a fantastic experience at Bubbleology today. I am very familiar with bubble tea but this one tops it all, great taste, not too sweet, great customer service … And very speedy, I received my cup in less than 2 min. I’ll certainly visit them again when I come back to Orlando. Thumbs up

I lived in London for a bit and all I wanted when I got back state side was bubbleology

The bubba tea here is very good dispite the slow service. Today I got taro with aloe vera. Absolutely delicious. Similar quality as how I remember it in Chinatown NYC. They just need to speed it up.

I’m just back in Miami from Orlando, where I had the best time and the very best Bubble Tea I’ve had so far… SO FRESH! SO DELICIOUS! I’ve had one in California and one in Philly, but none came even close to the one from Bubbleology. And they have so many flavors to choose from… there is at least one for every taste out there. My son loved his passion fruit Bubble Tea, my daughter had a strawberry one, and finished it in no time.
I will defenitely repeat when I’m back in Orlando… I really hope they’ll open one in Miami soon! Oops, forgot to mention… Great service!

As we were waiting they were stumbling around the kiosk, unable to figure out the machines and spilling the drinks trying to get them into the lid machine.
The guy at the front was super rushed, a bit rude, didn’t seem to appreciate being asked about the flavors.
The lids are cheap and thin so they just split and rip across the top unlike most Boba places that have the thicker, more durable lids where you have to pop your straw in. Instead, you just poke these ones and they break open. I’d love to see someone used to the Chewy Boba Co. cups come in here and try to javelin the lid and watch the drink go everywhere.
Strawberries and cream is great, passion fruit and cucumber was iffy, and the English Banoffee is apparently not coffee, was a bit watery, but was tasty. The pearls were a mix of undercooked and cooked well.
Last time we ended up throwing the tea in the trash after a few sips because of a really weird chemical taste. When we asked the guy at the counter if he used artificial flavors or sweeteners he was a bit apprehensive. ‘No we don’t and no you didn’t’, like we were lying about the weird taste.
Overall, with the limited flavors and add-​ins, inconsistent but leaning towards bad, and higher price than I’m used to, I don’t think we’ll return.

Loved this place! We both had the passion fruit tea with passion fruit bubbles. The employee suggested to add strawberry bubbles and we agreed. He added them for free (Woot-​woot!). Our teas were packed with refreshing flavor and the exploding bubbles were a fun and delicious delight! Will come again!

Absolutely one of the cutest places in the Florida mall! The employees were really friendly and helped me order the most delicious tea I’ve had in years. At first, the taste was new and I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but after a few sips I fell in love. I ordered the strawberry tea with strawberry boba and I wasn’t disappointed; the tea was sweet and ice cold. I will definitely be going back next time I’m at the mall.

Delicious! So glad I stumbled upon this place while shopping In the Florida mall! I hadn’t heard of this place before, but I couldn’t just walk by with their colorful kiosk calling me over! I’m glad I did. The «bubbleogist» was very helpful explaining what my options were! I got the white peach with strawberry boba! I would definitely recommend this place!

Far interior than Chewy, Quickly’s, and King Fu Tea. Definitely overpriced for the flavorless tea and overcooked tapioca. All of our drinks were warm when we received them. They don’t even do slush for the kids! Meh.

Service was friendly and helpful only thing keeping this review from a one star. Tea was flavorless, and gritty, like a poorly done milkshake. I had the taro milk tea and the color was very pale, and the boba themselves were so overcooked that you couldn’t even chew on them. The theming of the place was very cute but the quality is definitely not worth the five bucks I paid.
