Got chicken strips meal with diet Mountain Dew. Better than Sone other places. But quick and cheap. The biscuit is the bomb!

No good can come me living this close to a Bojangles. I never heard of a Bojangles(AKA Boj) until I met my g/f who is from North Carolina, so when we came across one on our way to St. Augustine, I was hooked. And now that I have been accepted to UCF and live about a mile away from one, I am going to need some major willpower to stay away. Their biscuits are the best. The only thing keeping them from 5-stars is I haven’t found a sauce I liked yet. The Bojangle’s Sauce just wasn’t me. And I am big on condiments. More reason to go back and try some other sauces.

I go there for breakfast and the biscuits are awesome. I like the egg and cheese biscuits they are made fresh and taste great. My boyfriend likes the cajun biscuits. The girls at the drive thru are always pleasant and I would recommend Bojangles for a quick breakfast before starting your day. There Iced coffee is good too.

I’ve been waiting to try this place since I moved to Orlando. Their claim is «world-famous chicken is seasoned to perfection,» well if that’s what they call perfection they have a skewed sense of what«perfection» means. I was deeply disappointed with their food. They are going to have a tough time surviving once the other chicken place(Popeye’s) opens down the street from them. Save your money and time because you won’t find perfection here. Just take a look at my photo(missing 1 pc ate it before photo). This is not a 6 dollar plate.

It has been a very long time since I’ve been at a Bojangles. Met my memories and expectations. The cashier was very pleasant and followed up later to make sure it was okay. Chicken had good flavor but I still prefer Popeye’s chicken. Dirty Rice was very good. Lots of flavor and just as good as Popeye’s. Green beans were Southern style and good. I usually don’t come to this area because of the traffic but this place may change that every once in a while.

My first visit to Bojangles was a success! We ordered a ton of food, which took a while to get, but I don’t mind since it tasted great(for fast food). I kind of felt bad for the guy waiting behind us. The girl taking our order was friendly and patient with us. Our order was boxed up in this massive box, which made it super easy for transportation. I would go back for the macaroni and sweet tea alone. The chicken was good, but pretty much like any other chicken tender.

Here is a secret: we wanted to go to Bojangles because saying Bojangles really made the daughter and me giggle like, well like girls. This particular location was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. They were quite fascinated by us as we were fascinated by their menu. We were happy with the fried chicken. The chicken was spiced well and it was good chicken, for a fast food place. I ordered their chicken sandwich, and while it was good, I kept thinking I probably should have opted for their biscuit sandwich. It was still good chicken sandwich, though. I am still a Popeyes girl, but I can see myself going to Bojangles if there were one near me.

This was my first time going to Bojangles. The food was good but honestly, I’m sticking with Popeye’s. The pieces are bigger than the other chicken places but really just not as flavorful. The service was good but they were out of dark meat, which is what I wanted. Not that big of a deal really. Overall, it wasn’t bad but I’ll probably not go out of my way to go there. I prefer Popeye’s any day.

The best chicken biscuits. I don’t get out this way very often, but when I do I usually stop in here.

Bojangles is everything that is good and bad in the world of fast food. The good, is that their biscuit sandwiches are so delicious and crave-worthy, especially the cajun fillet biscuit and the steak biscuit. The bad is that it is no way health food, so bear that in mind when choosing to indulge. Our last visit there, I thought the service was exceptional. We ordered three biscuit sandwiches, but there was going to be a small wait for the third. They gave us a free drink and apologized for the wait.

Ice dispenser filled with mildew/mold. If they don’t clean that what else don’t they clean? Disgusting!

I have all these vague, fuzzy memories of Bojangles as a child, of the happy days when my Dad would bring home a big olé box of fried chicken and biscuits and dirty rice. Then, Bojangles left Florida and I forgot about it for many years until, in like 2008, I got bumped off a SFO to MCO flight to some annoying SFO to Charlotte to MCO connection. I bitched about it the whole way from SFO to Charlotte(think about it, that is cross-country bitching) but upon getting off the plane in Charlotte, the gate deposited me in a terminal with a BOJANGLES. All flight horrors were instantly forgotten as I literally ran, carry-on in tow, and got a three-piece box, biscuit and dirty rice. Hooray for fatty, salty nostalgia: crispy fried chicken, buttery biscuits and maybe not the dirtiest of dirty rice, but not bad for chain fast food. And finally, miraculously, they came back to Florida a couple years ago. I know I spent this entire review talking about a Bojangles in a North Carolina airport but, well, this one has the same food and I drive out here from downtown about every six months to get my Bojangles fix. Always at the drive through, and they’ve always been friendly and gotten it right. Beefy King has the advantage in tater tot action(Beefy Spuds are far more crunchy and amazing than Bo-Tato rounds) though, so I can’t give Bojangles the fifth star. Nostalgia can forgive a multitude of sins… but not soggy tater tots.

Great Chicken, but I love grabbing breakfast here. It is served all day and reasonably priced. I for one like that they serve Pepsi products. Staff is friendly and the Drive-Thru is always fast.

I tried this place out of pure curiosity. It was good. The crispiness of the chicken reminded me of Popeyes. It had a little eat to it but that was about it. It didn’t have any flavor to it… seasonings really make or break chicken… The fries were steak cut fries with Cajun seasonings on it. I hated the fries but loved the seasoning. What kinda mess is this?! You can’t pass off steak fries as cajun fries… geez man… The macaroni was Eh… tasted watery and once again not seasoned enough for me. The biscuits were HUGE but tasted like flour and water… once again seasoned food please!!! If you want a place that was juicy chicken and bland everything else this is you spot…

Good food. Pleasant service. Pricing is average. All in all good experience despite having to run from the parking lot in the pooring rain. First time here and will definetely be back again

Overall, I would have to say Bojangles is pretty good but not as good as my favorite reigning champion Popeyes. It is fresh and succulent, reminiscent of a cross between Popeyes and Maryland Fried Chicken. The key lies in the breading I believe. Bojangles breading is pretty standard, better than KFC but not as flavorful and fun to eat as Popeye’s crispy spiced goodness. I also enjoy Popeye’s biscuits better as they are fluffy and buttery while Bojangle’s biscuits are pretty average good buscuits, nothing wrong with that. For my meal I also get their fries and cajun rice which are both pretty good, accompanied by a delicious sweet tea. but i must proclaim to all… Bojangle’s cajun chicken biscuits are ridiculous! awesome in a biscuit

Hands down destroys both KFC and Chic-fil-a. Amazingly fast service and the pricing almost seems too cheap. Everything I have tried from the menu has been delicious. I simply cannot get enough.

Bojangles is back!!! I’ve never been so excited about the grand opening of a fast food restaurant in my life … and apparently other O-Towners feel the same way: I’ve been twice since Bojangles opened earlier in the month, and both times I’ve had to wait in line 15 – 25 minutes. The way to go here is a Cajun chicken fillet biscuit with cheese, seasoned fries, and definitely a sweet tea(does Bojangles serve any other beverages?) You can get the same chicken on a regular sandwich bun, but the salty biscuit is a southern classic … don’t miss it. The seasoned fries are really the star of the show at Bojangles. Salty(again) and tasty, the only possible negative is if you don’t get some from a brand new batch(they can be a little limp if they’ve been sitting). It’s obvious the restaurant chain isn’t just making up their claim that making sweet tea is an art form; theirs is some of the best I’ve had in Orlando. It’s not syrupy-thick, but it is still quite sweet. Perfection! The only major negative is how slow the line at the counter moves. The management has a really poor setup of two cash registers, but instead of having two people taking orders, one register is where you give your order, then you move to the next to hand over your cash. A nice idea in theory, but it just doesn’t work. The drive-thru, on the other hand, seems to flow nicely. Bojangles is located directly across the street from Wal-Mart(shocking!) on East Colonial Drive in Orlando.

The line for this place is loooooooooooooong! The chicken is pretty good and the sides esp their dirty rice and green beans is very tasty. The biscuits were okay. I like popeyes better but the sweet potato pie is tasty! They offer their version of sweet tea but to me. it taste just like publix’s but a tad bit sweeter. I place this and popeyes chicken on top of my list.

The legendary Bojangles that has served the American South for so many years has finally made it’s way to Central Florida! For those who don’t know, Bojangles is a chicken and biscuits place that started in the Carolinas in 1977 and has expanded to Southern states that would appreciate a fast version of down home cooking. This completely annihilates the competition of KFC and Popeyes. The taste of the chicken makes you feel like you’re in the South. The biscuits are phenomenal. I went there today for opening day because I used to eat this alot when I lived in Georgia and would travel to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on vacation. I also tried it a month ago in Chattanooga, TN for the first time in many years. It was packed. It seems like I wasn’t the only one excited about the coming of Bojangles. They had excellent service for their grand opening having two employees on the floor picking up people’s trays for them. I highly recommend the cajun chicken club sandwich. Fried cajun chicken, american cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo makes a great sandwich. All of their sides are awesome: the dirty rice, the mac and cheese, the mashed potatoes, and the BOROUNDS especially. Their thigh and breast combos are awesome deals. If you want a quick snack, I highly recommend the biscuits like the southern style chicken biscuit. They serve breakfast all day every day. One of the best things there is the dessert. The sweet potato pie is out of this world. I literally think it’s the best fast food dessert out there. It’s compact, hand held, tasty, and hot. You really have to try it because no description will do it justice. I’m very happy that they came to an area of Orlando that would really appreciate it.
