This guy was working today was not very helpful, he quickly wanted to tell me to look around while he was went to help another costumer that walked after me. He was talking to this costumer and keep me waiting on when I was there first. I asked me if he could ask one of his coworkers to assist me, he said they wore having a meeting with the manager and that I would had to wait, I told him I don’t think I should have wait when I was there first. He run in the back of the store yelling out loud«let me give them a heads up»! My husband said: «let’s leave! When this other sales associate comes walking out the door like I was a bitch, I told him never mind! We left! Terrible experience!

I just had the worst experience at this location. I’ve been a customer since ~2007. We went to upgrade three iPhones to the 6. After about 5 minutes of speaking to the young men attending to us, I had to walk out. He was so disrespectful. I could easily tell he was perturbed within 30 seconds. He was disappointed in that I stated exactly what I wanted, and refused some new plan they are offering. In the end, they are losing business with me.

I’ve been in this store a few times and every time, there is an awkward«lack of a line». Nobody greets you or acknowledges your entrance into the store. There is no sign in sheet. I went to an authorized dealer further south and had a wonderful experience. I recommend you use the 30+ minutes you’ll be in line and find another location that manages the crowd better.

I went to a t & t today with a broken phone and wanted solutions. I waited for about 20 mins before my name was called. This place was set up like the apple store that has a tv of your name and what order you will be called. There are also tables you can sit and charge your phone at while waiting. To say the least I was impressed by our comforting wait. I was help by Luis who went over many options for us which included changing my plan. I never even listed to the sales guy trying to sell me on a plan that got rid of my unlimited data but given the circumstances with my phone bill(large calling minutes, hot spot device, and paying an insane amount a month etc) he made me understand why I would be saving over $ 150 a month on my bill and would benefit from switching. Luis was so ridiculously patient as I had to call and explain these changes to my sister than mother(since they are also on my plan and it would affect them) All in all I had a great experience there and felt bad for making Luis wait for our decision but he was so pleasant about it. Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because he estimated that the phone would ship to my house in a week and I got an email later that night saying it would be a month which is kind of a bummer but I’m not that mad about it, iPhone 6 pluses are a hot commodity these days.

Very dissatisfied with this store, Went there to correct an issue with a bill. I had customer service and the manager Lindy looking into correcting a bill that was originally suppose to be corrected 2 months prior and never was. At&t did not do anything that they stated they would correct. I went to this store and got alot of «finger pointing» and«lip service». Probably one of the most dreadful customer service experience i ever encountered. Shame on At&t
