This place is severely understaffed. Everyone but the doctor answers the phones. I mean, WHILE they are talking to you, if the phone rings, they answer it. Sometimes they don’t even say «excuse me» first. If the phone call is to answer lengthy questions or enter new patient information and make an appointment, you will just have to sit there for 5 – 10 minutes until they finish. While I was there, the person talking to me answered the phone multiple times. All that waiting wouldn’t have been as bad if their glasses didn’t have HIDDEN COSTS. First, they tell you the exam costs $ 15 less than all other eye glass exams. But that’s because there is an «optional» $ 15 charge. Next, they give you the price for ONLY THE LENSES. After the frames are factored into the price, it becomes more than a $ 100 PER PAIR (a big difference from «2 pairs for $ 69.95»). And they penalize you for not buying the second pair by making the first pair cost at least $ 50 more. Because they are so severely understaffed, they may not even call you as soon as your glasses come it. Your glasses may be sitting there for days, until you finally call yourself and after a long wait on hold, you find out that you can come get your glasses. No apologies from the incompetent girl who never called you, made you wait, and calls everyone «sweetie».

The service is so quick and friendly. The doctors have been on time each appointment, and the staff is very helpful!

Me entire experience was great! I tried this place on a recommendation from a coworker. The staff was polite, friendly and knowledgable! Nobody pressured me into tons of upgrades or made me feel bad. I chose to pay the extra $ 15 to have the doc check for diseases. Not sure if it’s necessary but hey it was cheap! I decided to add the anti-​glare which if you wear glasses even part time you should buy! I got an eye exam, 2 super cute glasses, with the anti glare and the $ 15, I only paid $ 150. Money well spent! The deal was 2 glasses for $ 69 which includes the exam and from there you can add on. I am a very happy customer and will tell everyone I know!
By the way, if you find that you don’t want to purchase their glasses for whatever reason, you only pay for the eye exam which I believe is $ 45 and they will give your your prescription so you can go elsewhere if need be.

Took my boyfriend to get his eye exam and pick out a couple frames. We were taking advantage of their current promotion where you get two frames and it comes with a free eye exam. They were really nice and Anthony helped us find two great pairs that really suited my boyfriends face. I definitely recommend and we can’t wait for them to come in!

After my poor experience yesterday, management reached out to me. I scheduled an appointment and went in again today and had a completely different experience from yesterday. I was immediately taken to the exam room, Dr came in shortly after and I was done with my eye exam within minutes of walking in.

After Unilocaling on here, management called me to fix the situation. They are sending a check for some of the additional costs, and agreed to ship my second pair that I’m still waiting on (I was originally told I would have to pay for shipping). Customer service is on point here! Highly recommend asking how much you will actually pay if you have a strong prescription before you book your appointment here.

Really good prices and extremely friendly staff. I was helped out by niasha who made me feel confident about my choice in frames, but I was spoken to by each employee working there before I left. I walked in and had glasses ordered for me and was out the door in no time!

I decided to give this place a purchase glasses today. I was initially feeling skeptical and intrigued by their advertisements claiming two pairs of glasses (normally priced as $ 59.99) with a free exam for $ 69.95. I imagined there would be a small variety and that all would be incredibly lame. While I didn’t need an eye exam, this would still be a great price. Surprisingly, I found both a pair of $ 59.99 frames and $ 79.99 frames that I really liked! The total for the two with anti-​glare and anti-​scratch properties was $ 177 with their current promotion. The only downside is that they don’t make their glasses in store, so I have to wait 7 – 10 days for my new glasses. I would recommend others to purchase glasses here if cost and quality a consideration.
