Aldi is amazing. I can’t get terribly interested in elaborating because I give every Aldi a stellar review. This one is no exception. Think cheap groceries, off brands, and fairly long but fast moving lines at checkout. The place is German, so you know it’s efficient.

Came to Aldin with great expectations of this supermarket since I heard that it is owned by the same company that Trader Joes is. I love trader Joes so I thought it may be something similar, just targeted different in terms of design. Well I must say that this is a completely different supermarkets. The prices are great, definitely very inexpensive. Here you can’t find the basics you need for grocery shopping, but no special things like toiletteries. The place is clean and nice to shop at. The only bummer was that from 4 Check out lines only one was open. So I needed to wait some time on line for check out.

I don’t understand how this concept has become so popular. I’m definitely not a fan based on the selection and the lack of plastic bags. I had never been to an Aldi’s and I probably will never return. The selection was below average especially in the meats section which was scarce. I was looking for chicken drumsticks and they didn’t have any. I totally understand that this supermarket is supposed to save you money but for me I rather go to the competitor’s and find the deals. The no bag thing seems like a primitive idea but if you’re a fan, more power to you!

I love Aldi. Aldi is much smaller in size than a typical grocery store which means you find what you are looking for faster. They cary very few name brands(for example Happy Farms Cheese instead of Kraft) but they are all comparable in taste and quality. From time to time they may not carry exactly what a specific recipe calls for but you can always make a quick run to Publix for that. The best part about Aldi is the price. My wife and I spend about $ 35 less at Aldi for the same products we would by at Publix or the dirty Wal-Mart Grocery. Try it out and put the money you save into a good investment account!!!

It’s official. I’ve been to an Aldi in four different states. Thank goodness for the uniformity of your stores and familiar product lines because this made our visit a fast one. We were staying at a Villa on Disney property with the plan of making most of our meals. Our kids have food allergies and since we were already familiar with the product lines and ingredients, our time spent grocery shopping was substantially less than we planned which allowed us to begin our vacation quicker than anticipated. Always a plus. Further, since it was Aldi, we were able to adhere to a firm grocery budget without any overage. This allows for more money to be spent at the mouse. We rented a car and this location is a few minutes from the airport and on the way, though only a couple of miles off the turnpike, en route to Disney. The money saved is well worth the detour. Our last meal plan at Disney, for a family of four, ran us about $ 1,200. Our food bill at Aldi, with splurges on wine, gourmet and organic items, still only cost us $ 115. Huge savings recognized that allowed us to roll some of that into better on-property lodging. Thank you Aldi for having what we like even when we’re on vacation.

This Aldi is not large, and the product selection is fairly sparse compared to other grocery stores, but they do offer the basics, and all for a good price. Sure, almost everything is some brand you’ve never heard of, but 9 times out of 10, that won’t matter given the savings.

Best place to save on everyday groceries! If you want to stock up on staples, dry goods, etc and save a lot of money versus shopping at the big named grocers, then this place is for you. The quality on most of their«generic» brand items is pretty good. If you have some hang ups about store brands then you may have a hard time here. Although they do carry some name brand items, most everything they sell is an Aldi brand. My typical gets here are eggs, milk, some meats, canned goods, and bread. I have also picked up some of their frozen items and have been pleased. Produce is hit or miss but they have a great return policy so if you are not satisfied with something just bring it back and they will make it right. Remember these things before you go: Cash or Debit Only Bring your own bags. Otherwise, they have some boxes or you can buy their bags. Bring a quarter to get your cart(Return the cart and get your quarter back).

Wow — I’ve only been to this store once but I am in love! This is the most inexpensive grocery store I’ve ever been to. Who can get a 5 pound bag of flour for $ 1.50? I can! Who can get a 4-stick box of butter for $ 1.50? I can! The reason why these prices are so low is because there’s low overhead. You need a quarter to unlock your shopping cart(which you get back when you wrangle it back to the cart stockade yourself), you buy plastic bags if you don’t bring your own, and you can only use cash or debit card to pay. You bag your own groceries. They have many name-brand items. Their generic items, such as butter, flour, milk, etc. are great and just as fantastic as anything one would get at a regular grocery store. They even have wine! This is a great store to stock up on essentials like bread, milk, butter, cereal, and frozen items. This particular location is in a nice area and is a brand new store. I can’t wait to go again!
