Adair Custom Cleaners

I have come here since we moved to College Park in 2011 but my time in there will certainly be the last. When I walked in there was a lady waiting in the chairs and I asked if she had been helped and she said she waiting on her items. I rang their bell for service after a few minutes if waiting. Ten minutes go by where not a single employee came our to acknowledge our existence except an employee who came to the lobby for water and looked surprised to see us waiting their and acted as though she went back to tell someone that people were waiting. Still no one came out. Then another lady walked in and could have cared less what me and the other lady were waiting for and walked right up to the counter. At that time the regular lady that works the front came out and never asked who was there first, who needed help, and proceeded to get the lady who had just walked in her clothes and checked her out. I was appalled! I had clothes to pick up and a big bag of clothes to drop off. I picked up my clothes and walked out with my bag of clothes. I can be treated much better somewhere else and I intend to take my business to one of the many other dry cleaners in the area… and not waste a half hour of my time in the cleaners!

Not the best service I have had. The women who work there are very nice, but the follow through is lacking. They didn’t follow through with what I have asked them to do as far as dry cleaned items are concerned, and the first time I had them do my laundry will be the last time. I got my whites back with color stains and the laundry was folded very sloppily.
