I wish I could give this company –1 star because this is by far THEWORST service I have ever received! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT hire this company for anything! The other 2 reviews listed for this company are dead accurate. Unfortunately, I’ve had this company come out too many times for the same issue that still is NOTFIXED. Let me list the reasons why you should not hire this so called company: 1. The scheduling is absolute garbage. They tell you that they will be there within a time frame and/or a specific hour and they either do not show or arrive hours(2+) late. No courtesy calls from dispatch or the technician on their ETA. 2. Dispatch/operators seems to have no clue what they are doing or how to do their job when you call. As Joe states in his review, when you call to see what is going on or to get a status, the dispatchers are rude and have attitude. 3. When I was clearly upset with them for not showing on time without a courtesy call, after them rescheduling for«running behind», I requested to speak with a manager. I then had to call back 3 times after that to get the manager to call me back. Two and a half hours after the tech was supposed to be there(not a typo), the«manager» finally calls me back. After going off on her for their terrible customer service, I asked when the tech was coming, she said he wouldn’t be able to come out that night. Thanks for making me waste 3 hours for nothing. 4. Even their techs have no idea what they were doing. The main issue with my air conditioning was a coolant leak. They came out multiple times, stating that they«found and fixed the leak». Obviously that did not happen. On one occasion, they were supposed to send out a tech with the proper equipment to run a leak check. When the tech arrived, 2 hours late, he came without the equipment to run the check. I asked him, «so you came out here for nothing?». He said, «pretty much». To sum up this horrible experience, the issue is still not fixed after spending over $ 2,000 in replaced equipment. We had to hire another company that is replacing everything that 24 Hour Air Service supposedly replaced/fixed. I kid you not that these are all actual events. I WOULDNOTHIRETHISCOMPANYTOWATCHPAINTDRY!

EVerything that happened to Andrew happened to us… but we still never got service — we fired them and hired another company for tomorrow morning. The same exact story about the dispatcher and lying about where about they were and how long. 4 hours of waiting is too long when you are seeking emergency service. Be honest! They have changed their web address, same physical location though. BEWARE. 24hourairservice google it. They have 4 physical addresses listed — this is one of them. Waited 4 hours for them, 2 hours after their window — we cancelled and hired someone else. Our house is up to 85 and we have kids. Thanks a lot… for lying about when they were on their way, twice when we called back and also for acting all annoyed. We’re the customer — and not happy ones.
