Horrible service in the Pharmacy every single time I put in a prescription they charge me and it’s free then I have to go back and get my money. It’s an inconvenience everytime to have to deal with them. I don’t understand why they can’t get it together it’s the same insurance and hasn’t changed…

My meds have always been ready when promised. They are open 24 hours which is good when you have a sick kid that needs something immediately. Sometimes they appear short staffed and the drive up window can be slow. I often utilize the auto pickup window. I swipe my FSA or credit card and the window opens and I get my prescription quickly.

The Pharmacy is absolutely horrible, by far the worst I have ever been to! Every time I go there they are extremely slow, half the time there is no one at the counter to even assist you and they take forever to notice you, they never have enough people working, usually takes an average of 20mins to drop off or pick up something, and when people are there the majority don’t even know what they are doing.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are frequently confused, ALWAYS slow, and 20 minutes ago I was told to wait 10 minutes for a prescription that I was told would be ready an hour ago because their«computers went down.» Meanwhile, other customers have gotten their prescriptions. RIDICULOUS.
