2 25 2016 My appointment was in May, 2014. I arrived at Dr. Fiorenza office and there door
was locked. The complex manager was there, I asked him if he knew why there door was
locked. He told me the complex went to court and won an eviction notice against Dr. Fiorenza.
The reason for non payment of rent for over one year. No notice was sent to me about there
closing, my dental records, etc. My new dentist read in there Chicago Dental Magazine that
Dr. Fiorenza, dental license was revoked for non professional practices.

Make sure to contact Helen and ask her how to file a complaint. Mine is already in and best to call her directly. There are many people who are out a lot of money!

Normally I would rate this at 4 stars. However, I’ve been unable to get in touch with someone a the office for weeks. I’ve left a msg on their Facebook site along with myriad voice mails. No response back. I hope Dr. Fiorenza is ok but at the very least if the office has been closed for the past several weeks due to some sort of emergency, I’d think that someone could check the office’s voicemails and reply back with at least an acknowledgement. Again, I’ve been trying to get a hold of the office for weeks.

One of the best dentist’s in the area. Their service is amazing and they make sure they have everything taken care of before you leave.
