If I could give a negative 100 I would. They told my husband he has something wrong. They weren’t happy with top Chicago surgeon office notes stating no injections. Told him to file a workman’s comp claim and come back and they would treat him. Until then they cannot even help him with medication management. And somehow they charged the insurance co $ 6k in laboratory fees for pee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME… they did nothing.

The staff is friendly enough, but they can definitely work on their professional appearance.
The wait is ridiculous! I was there for 2 hours 45 minutes, and an hour of that was spent in a room half naked waiting for the Dr. When he finally made an appearance, it was only to examen me for about 10 minutes before disappearing for another half hour!
The Dr himself was good but way overbooked.

I have been going to this office for about six years. I have been through four different doctors from Abusharif to Kalec (gone) to Dixon (gone) to now Dr. Najera. Previously, I did not have the best experiences, but things have really started to look up in my opinion. Dr. Abusharif has a very high patient load, and therefore usually has a full waiting room. The other doctors however, are always on time and very nice and accommodating. Karen, with medication management, is stellar and ALWAYS goes the extra mile for the patients. The nurses are always conversational and smiling. The only improvement I would say should be made is the reception staff. They are not always friendly, rarely smiling and pretty monotone overall. There is definitely am ease of scheduling, however.

This place is ok but the worst part is that they give you an appt and they make you wait over an hour everytime! This is very unprofessional. They probably over book appts therefore can’t keep up.
