Mitchell’s Orland Park Flowers

I would give 6 starts if I could. I called on Thursday, January 21, and spoke with Jenna, a very pleasant young lady. A group of us wanted to send flowers to our 89-​year old co-​worker who had just lost her son-​in-​law. We wanted something cheerful to be sent on Saturday, January 23^rd (after the wake and funeral). I explained that the women at work and I haven’t been too pleased with some of the florists we had used in the past and thought we would give Mitchell’s a try since our co-​worker lives in Orland Park. I asked Jenna to email us a picture of the flowers so we can see what we paid for and because our co-​worker, being elderly, doesn’t have a cell phone. In this day and age when it appears no one really listens, Jenna heard every word of our request. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and cheery, and she did send us the picture. Great job you guys. I would recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks a million!

I used Mitchell’s for my wedding at CD&ME in Frankfort, IL. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the experience. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and supported in my vision, and it was so easy to work with the staff. While other florists had dismissed my idea of wanting blue flowers and peonies, Mitchell’s was able to find the right type of flowers and make sure they fit my style.
They also went above-​and-​beyond the day of the wedding. I really wanted my ceremony to be outdoors, but around the time they were supposed to set up our ceremony flowers it began to drizzle. However, it cleared up right before our start time, and Mitchell’s staff ran out to make sure everything would be ready to go. Everything looked gorgeous!
I would recommend Mitchell’s to anyone looking for a wedding florist. They were well priced, personable, and made incredible arrangements.
