We just used Mike McCatty & Associates to both purchase a new home, and sell our current home. We worked directly with Dennis Hough. They were professional, and proactive, from start to finish. I was aligned with Tom Morrison from McCatty & Associates and I was quite impressed with Tom from start to finish. From the perspective of a first time home buyer who can admittedly be high maintenance at times, I highly recommend Tom.
Mr. Morrison is a true professional — punctual, excellent at verbal communication and he is organized which is hard to find in a realtor. All throughout my dealings with buying a house Tom explained where we were in the process, what I could expect to happen next and he also set timelines so I had an understanding of «how and when». For me this was very helpful and took some of the confusion as well as unnecessary stress out of the process for me.
I was first a bit skeptical to use a realtor’s referral for a bank and also an attorney but in retrospect I am very happy that I did. I was very delighted to find that Tom’s referrals, too, were exceptionally professional and they both exceeded my expectations.
Tom did his homework when reviewing the comparable houses that had recently sold nearby and helped come up with an offer amount that wound up saving me a lot of money. I was, of course, a bit overzealous to get the house that I liked most and so I was pushing toward a higher offer but offer Tom grounded me and was confident that the number he was recommending was a good number — and he was right.
You can’t go wrong with Tom Morrison he will likely exceed your expectations with his impeccable communication, organization, follow up and vast experience from having done this for years and years. He is a class-​act and I really enjoyed working through the process with him.
