Lovesac

I wanted alternative furniture and started in middle-​tier, average quality, cheaper priced options that felt pretty darn good.
Then, I stumbled onto the Lovesac videos done by the owner (s). I liked the self joking about the company name (lovesac is not a dirty website) and «„dont call it a damn beanbag“»…lol.
Then they went to work… The dedication to explaining the pieces, and even the colors/​textures available were very reassuring and impressive since I bought through this experience… sight unseen.
I am a consumer who believes one gets what they pay for; and so the price difference had me curious. How much better could these be vs. the ones that initially attracted me to alternative furniture?
Then I met Kim at the Orland Park Store. With some lightning fast work, she was able to bypass the 4 – 5 week wait for the color I wanted. Then, she arranged a speedy delivery right to my door. She talked me through the right size choice (I went with a «„super-​sac“») and then… to top it off… she added an ultra cozy blanket that I just LOVE !.
Once put together (process was really easy!) I took a break and went outside for a bit of yard work… cleaned up… then, plopped into this big olé’ blob for the first time.
Things got blurry pretty fast; and 2 hours later I woke up in a dreamy refreshed state and realized I had just gotten my first really hard nap in over a year while sitting in this delightful item!!! WOW. On the maiden voyage, I didn’t even know what hit me; they are that comfortable.
If you are a person that loves comfort, cozy, and a great staff and sales team, KIM and the folks at LoveSac made this a great experience. Money well spent. Every penny.
