We had been using another agent in search of a condo, getting nowhere fast. Once we started working with Louise, things started moving quickly. We saw appropriate properties and within 10 days of starting to work with her, we made an offer. After the offer is made is when working with a knowledgeable and experienced agent really makes a difference. There were several instances where the seller’s agent or attorney didn’t perform on responsibilities that are customarily the seller’s responsibility. Louise stepped in to close the gap and got us closed on time. While we might have closed the deal with another agent helping us, I’m convinced it would have been past our deadline without her help. Not only did this keep our move-​in date on schedule, but also preserved our lender’s rate lock.
